Shuly Wigs

I cover my hair for religious reasons and couldn’t be happier with my shuly wig. Being that I have a very unique type of hair, very curly and blond color, It is often hard to come by a wig that will match my style and personality. Shuly Wigs fit all that criteria and more so. The hairdresser was a pleasure to work with, she listened to all my requests and did as I asked. Now I am able to walk outside with confidence and feeling like myself.

I’ve never in my life have delt with such shady people.
I went to there store for the fist time. I found a wig I liked I asked The price I was told the wig was $ 1,500 which was reasonable retail price for the wig. I didn’t have the cash to buy It then so I called to come buy it and they told me I would have to pay $ 2,500 for the same wig no. When I asked about the price increase they didn’t give me any explanation. Only that If I want it its $ 2,500.00
Shully also wanted me to sign a contract stating that any and every time I post a photo wearing the wig that I have to give the store credit that I bought the wig at Shullys since I’m a model. This is NOT the industry standard. If they gave me the wig free than Maybe you would get credit. Very rare. Usually the hair stylist gets the credit.
I agreed to pay the marked up, overpriced $ 2,500.00 for the wig. I asked is it the same wig I wanted. I traveled 2 hours to there store to buy the wig I previously liked.
When I got there they put a wig on my head and I instantly knew it was not the same wig. They tried telling me over and over it was the same wig. The wig they put on my head was a damaged wig that had been dyed several times and had test swatches all over the inside. I wasted my time coming all the way there for a wig that they didn’t even have. They tried selling me a damaged wig trying to pass it off saying the wig was never dyed. Lying and saying it was Virgin hair. The scalp even had dye on it.
Then I asked prices of other wigs because I wasted my time 3hours (2 hours of travel). When I asked prices they couldn’t give me a straight answer. They would hide the price list from me then go to the back to call Shully on the phone.
Finally when they gave me the marked up prices the sales clerk ripped off the tag off the wig in front of me saying I like to take off the tags because they get in the way when you try on the wig then handed the wig to me and say this is 26inch wig. Then I instantly pick up the tag that she just ripped off the wig and it says 22 inch !!! Trying to steal from me and lie to me! I confronted her about it and she started laughing. I told her they were un ethical in how they run there business and they lied to me repeatedly. The whole situation felt very shady. They wasting my time traveling to there store for a wig that they didn’t have then they tried selling me a damaged wig. Lie to me saying it was Virgin hair. Then Lie to me about length ripping off the tags and then being shady about the prices and hiding the price sheet from me and and giving me marked up prices
Ive notified all the top stylist that I work with about my Horriable experience @ Shulys and shown them the Photos and footage that my friend took while I was there!
