I had a few tests done at Sinai Diagnostics and very happy with every aspect of it. As a new patient, it was very quick process to get registered. Girls at the reception answered all questions I had since I do not have insurance and have to pay upfront for all my tests. Prices were very reasonable. Overall, I am very satisfied with this radiology.

This place has very good radiology techs. It is very clean. The wait is longer than i had to endure at other places for an mri, even though i was the next person in line. But once it is your turn for an mri you’ll be in and out fairly quick. The only reason i give it 3 stars is because one of the receptionists is very abbrasive and rude, as if they are the only radiology place in town and they can speak to customers in any way they want. Other staff is fairly personable. Won’t be coming back to this place ever again for any type of procedure because the receptionist doesn’t understand the concept of customer service.

The MRI reports that the facility produces are a guesstimate at best. Went for an MRI to Sinai Diagnostics after a car accident, having pain in my back. The MRI report stated no damage to my thoracic region which is where I experienced the greatest pain and some minor damage to Lumbar and Cervical regions, such as bulging discs. Went for physical therapy based on the MRI reports. My pain got worse. With debilitating pain in my mid back. My doctor requested actual images not just the report that the MRI facilities usually provide. Upon viewing the actual images, my doctor was very surprised by the very poor image quality and the report conclusion that was based on the unreadable images. I got a second MRI done at a different facility on a brand new Siemens machine. It turns out that I had two compression fractures in my mid back with three disk herniations and spinal cord impingement on two in my mid back and three herniations in my cervical region. The MRI machine at Sinai is very old and not maintained properly. The images produced are very poor quality, unreadable. To add insult to the injury they billed my insurance $ 3,600 for the MRIs, got payed, then two years later sent me a bill for supposedly unpaid MRIs and subsequently referred me to a collection agency. The office manager Diana is very rude and didn’t want to provide copies of my MRI images to me. Then finally provided them to me after I warned with complaints to the Dept. Of Health, after charging me $ 50 for copies of my MRIs that I was entitled to by law. Stay away from these crooks!
