I’ve bought a few mattresses at this location throughout the years and been happy with them. I tell the salesperson exactly what I’m looking for and my price range, and they find me something suitable and don’t try to sell me something different. I’ve always bought on a sale day and gotten a very good price, plus a free good-​quality mattress pad, and delivery, and removal of the old mattress. Great store.

My husband and I needed to upgrade our Queen bed to a King. Also, we wanted a Tempurpedic one so we feel like sleeping on a «cloud». The Sleepy professional Ricardo Phillips at the Ave U location very close to this Sleepys helped us greatly to find a clearance bed set and saved us as much as he could and even stayed later than he should have.

It was an amazingly easy mattress shopping experience here for us. The salesman was excellent forgot his name i think it was Ray, but i’m not sure. He was very knowledgeable. No pushing wish made our time there very pleasant. He understood what we were looking for and respected our budget. After five minutes it felt like home being at the store. Please go and buy matress from him, you wont regret it i promise. He gave us a very good deal. They have a very good selection here at this location. We tried several model .Our salesman showed them to us and very politely left us alone, giving us time to talk it over. Usually i only go to shopping malls due to previous bad sales people experiences, but this time we got really like. Thank you!

The salesman (sorry, bad memory for names), was personable, helpful, and knowledgeable. He was never pushy, did not try to talk us into a pricier mattress. Delivery was very fast and efficient. We were given a free set of «premium» sheets but they were very thin and looked awful after just one washing. Still, the store rates 5 stars and the sheets went to a local cat rescuer to be used as bedding for the strays.

I’ve been to a lot of different Sleepy’s storefronts and found that Tom Tracy at this location was extremely knowledgeable, patient, professional and an excellent salesman. He knows everything about his stock and the companies that provide each different make of mattress. We were there for a mattress exchange and there was no commission to be made on us but he still gave us the royal treatment. Highly recommend asking for Tom if you are shopping for a mattress in Brooklyn.
