They have amazing mattresses. The beds are to each I own, but to lay on a top quality mattress, and then in an other one, and to think: I want to sleep on that mattress every day! But then you hear the prices, and you think that you may need to reconsider… Very professional lady helped us, and really helped us the right mattresses.

My interaction with the sales rep here went as follows: I called and asked for a specific model, because I wanted to check it out before purchasing it. He told me it was in the showroom and that I could come and check it out. When I got there, though he was clearly the only person there and had a distinct accent, he informed me that no, they didn’t have it and he wasn’t sure who told me they did. Ok. What else do you have in that price range? This particular showroom is HUGE, and they have tons of variety. He showed me a couple of models that were nice enough, but I said I needed to do some price checking and check out other stores. Then he went into super aggro-sales mode. Fake, pained smile on his face, he asked me where I thought I’d get a better deal. I pointed out that Sears was running a sale, and offered free delivery and free returns within 30 days, and gave you your money back, *not* store credit. He kept pushing, talking over me, and was so hard pressed on making the sale that he didn’t even answer my questions about delivery. Again, I told him I needed to go, and he went for the hard sell again. When I pointed out that he was being aggressive and that sales tactic did not work for me, he went into what I can only describe as «super guilt» mode. «I’m here up to 11 hours a day! I work very hard! This is my job. Do I not have the right to feed my family?» Uh, what? I was pretty clear about the fact that I didn’t like how pushy he was being, and instead of backing off, he tried to guilt me into purchasing what turned out to be a super shitty mattress with horrid reviews. I don’t think that equates to me snatching food off his family’s table, but he seemed pretty serious about convincing me that it did. The cherry on top: when I left, I asked for his name so I could tell corporate what an *awesome* job he was doing. If your behavior is totally appropriate, you’d be cool with giving your name, right? Well, he refused, which is a pretty glaring indication that he knew he was being ridiculous. They earn one more star because their customer service team was really, really nice when I called to get some more info about pricing and delivery. However, their return policy is sub-par compared to other places. If you don’t like what you get, you’re still stuck with Sleepys store credit. Guess I’ll keep looking. ps…their customer service rep sent me a generic response asking for an invoice # and customer id– which I clearly don’t have because I didn’t buy anything from them. I think I made the right choice by steering clear of this chain.

Was not sure about going to this location. Not because of anything bad but because there are so many locations to choose from. We decided to go here and I’m glad I did. They call their salespeople mattress professionals and that is absolutely right. We were greeted by a gentleman named Larry I discussed what I was looking for and he found me the perfect mattress. I can not wait for my new bed to arrive. I highly recommend Sleepys for all your bedding needs.

I was a little wary of going here, since my past shopping-for-bed experiences elsewhere have not been the best. But the moment we walked in(with my 2 young children who were thrilled to try out each and every bed), Sam made us feel totally at ease. We spent a good deal of time trying the many beds in this large, impressive showroom and discussing pros and cons of individual bed brands and models with Sam. We ultimately chose a Stearns and Foster and have been sleeping on it for over a week and love it. Sam was incredibly helpful and accommodating(and great with my kids). He matched the lowest price that he could find on the internet for our bed model and then helped us find great pillows and gave us a nice discount on one. When the bed arrived the next day(free delivery) I didn’t like how high the boxspring was, so I called Sam to ask him if it would be possible to switch to a lower boxspring and he immediately arranged for the(free) delivery of a low profile boxpring, no questions asked. Thank you Sam for making our experience at Sleepy’s a very pleasant one! We’ll be back!
