I was referred to this place by my physical therapy office for my car accident lawsuit. If you’re claustrophobic like I am this place is by far the best solution for you! Being able to sit comfortably in an open machine while watching an HDTV with the channel of your choice is perfect. The staff is extremely knowledge, friendly and accommodating.

I work around the area and have been going to this clinic for a while. Their staffs is not the friendliest(specially Natalia) but the doctors are great. Recently, one by one friends and family stopped going to this place, instead we choose to take an hour train to Manhattan for other providers. During my last visit I forgot to bring my insurance card. However because I am an established patient I assumed they would have my records nonetheless. Natalia gave me an attitude and basically yelled at me to write my name on a piece of paper. I asked her what is her problem? She replied«You want to see the doctor or not? If you don’t want to you can leave! This is how I work!» Great doctors and great location, very unpleasant experience and I finally had to call it quit after this last visit.

For patients needing an MRI this facility is hands down the easiest, most patient friendly facility out there. If you would rather be sitting down, watching any program or cable on a 42 in plasma tv while still having the best quality then Stand-Up MRI is right for you. They have many other sites in Staten Island, East Elmhust and Long Island. They are also open 6 days a week beginning 7am til 10pm, so the flexiblity is endless. A highly trained and friendly staff, the films available on CD(same-day) and highly qualified radiologists that your doctor will be confident to use again and again. The philosophy behind Stand-Up is that they scan patients in their position of pain.
