Susty Party

Bad customer service. Contacted them about an issue and they responded that they are working on it. Hours later no response and got an automated email that the order was shipped without resolving my issue. Can’t trust online stores that are not responsive.

These eco-​friendly products are totally adorable! They’re also very durable, which was surprising to me. They hold liquids and soft foods that might normally cause a paper plate to break down better than any products I’ve used! Feeling good about the earth while munching on goodies: WOOHOO!

I used Susty Party for an event in DC and they were freaking amazing!!! Hands down the best paper products I have ever used! They have a lot of options to choose from and keep coming out with new designs. The girls are the sweetest and super easy to communicate with. They are very accommodating with last minute changes too which is always a plus :) I would totally use them again and would highly recommend them to anyone in need of paper products for their party, event, wedding, etc. They rock!

I came across these at Whole Foods and was attracted by the concept– until I took a closer look at the actual product. Eww. Very very unattractive looking plates and bowls. Dull colors, strange texture, ugly result.
I had to pass.

Just when I thought customer service was dead in America, Susty came along and totally redeemed themselves! I had some issues with shipping addresses and was concerned that I was going to pay for shipping stuff back to them. They were able to contact UPS, and make the changes that saved me a lot of hassle and money. They make a quality durable and sustainable product that is well worth the price. I can’t wait to have all their stuff laid out for our wedding. Thanks SUSTY crew, you ROCK!

For all you Eco– friendly geeks out there, at least here in Ohio (the «O» at the end oh Ohio is there because that’s what people who live here or are visiting say «Ooohhh» in a disappointed tone when you realize how badly this place sucks). this is an amazing site!!!
I have been in search of biodegradable products for a green themed wedding reception I am having this October & the lack of product in Ohio is depressing. I luckily came across Susty Party by accident & what a huge relief this company has been. Susty «…make sustainable party supplies and compostable tableware». I was able to order over just what I needed at a VERY cheap price! Their delivery service was quick, exactly what I ordered and super friendly :)
When I thanked them on Facebook for offering such beautiful green products, they asked me to send them pics of my reception with their products and sent me a coupon, I even got free shipping! I get that most reviews are based on actual visits to a place but since I’m stuck in Ohi «oohhhh» :(… doesn’t mean I can’t suggest one of the few companies I’ve done business with that has the right idea about how products should be made.
I would highly recommend this site to anyone out there who is trying to better their lives by going green :)
