T-Mobile

I went to this T-​Mobile store on 3 separate occasions, once to find out information about plans, the second time to port over 2 lines, and a third time to port over another 2 lines. Each time I stopped by the staff members were really attentive when dealing with me and were really friendly. The staff looked like they enjoyed what they did so it made the experience amazing.
Porting my lines over were quick and painless. Processing my ETF fees were also quick and painless, but the paperwork that the staff needs to fill out is a bit much for a who touts paperless for their customers. However, while the process was painless, getting to a staff member might take a while.
When I visited the store, there were usually a lot of people in line or being helped. The store usually had 4 – 5 people in there, but there wasn’t enough staff to handle all the people at the store. I think that’s due in part to the popularity of T-​Mobile these days so if you do decide stop by the store I recommend visiting it early.
Also I wanted to mention that I dealt with Diana and Vinny who took great care of my family and I and I don’t normally write reviews on Unilocal,but their fantastic customer service compelled me to write this review. If you go to the store, know that these two staff members will take care of you!
Overall, this has been a really positive experience!

The employers do the service much faster than other stores, even I have T mobile store close to me I go usually to this store
