It’s closed now but I’ll just say it— seemed like a cover for possibly another kind of business if you know what I mean. Common for the area. Why? I walked in asking what kind of flowers they have. They looked at me like I was insane and responded, «we don’t sell flowers.»

This small flower shop is located right on Flatbush, just a block south of the Prospect Park Station. Managed by a very nice man who is very eager to design a bouquet for you. I stopped in because I live nearby and I needed a basic bouquet for my wife’s birthday. He has a fridge with lots of basic varieties, and he pulled out a bunch and started putting them together with some input from me. «I give you big bang for your buck!» he exclaimed. For $ 15, I got a very nice bouquet, and the wife was pleased. In addition to the flowers, he has LOTS of teddy bears, some house plants, and a few vases. Four stars for prompt service and reasonable prices. Minus one star for a somewhat limited selection. Overall, it does the job. He takes credit cards, but says you’ll pay no tax if you use cash.
