Absolutely awesome! So many flavors, amazing service too. Loreen (the owner) is a sweetheart. The pricing is great, and the owner makes sure you never walk away unhappy. Definitely recommend, the neighborhood might not seem the greatest but don’t let that dissuade you. Swing by with the kids, or bring a date to end the night on a sweet note.

Soooo many flavors, soooo hard to choose! Ulangies brings its sweet and flavorful syrups to the East New York area. The shaved ice is soft, light and flaky. Pick your pleasure with the many syrup options. I would compare the ice to eating a snowball but it taste a hell of a lot better since its saturated in your favorite syrup.
This is a cool location, where you can relax and enjoy your shaved ice. There are picnic tables and fresh flowers to emphasize the warm and welcoming décor. The block is not congested and has very little automotive traffic with plenty of places to park your bike or car. Possibly my alternative to Ample Hills in this section of Brooklyn. The owner is super sweet and will grant your wishes with a sample if you are indecisive on flavors.
