Here they lack customer service. They just give you the service they think you can afford. I will never return to this place. First I enter and ask for a pedi and immediately go to look for a color. This lady rushes me to the pedi chair and says colors there and points to nails on a board polished with different colors. I didn’t like any of the colors there so I asked about a particular orange and I asked if was among theses colored nails she said no. Dodos… I got up and went to get my own color from the wall. She applied the color I went to get them she went to apply the clear coat without asking if I wanted a design. I stopped her in her tracks and told her about my design. She had a horrible attitude the whole time. Let’s not forget that she did not give me a foot massage. Last straw no tip for her rude self. Went to pay with debit to learn that I had to pay tax WTF for my card and decided to pay cash and save the tax for another purchase else where.

Can’t beat $ 18 for a basic mani/pedi. Staff were polite and store was clean. Only complaints are the very brief hand and foot massage. I definitely recommend this spot for a quick, no frills mani/pedi.

Basic pedicure is $ 13.00. This isn’t your super spa trip. No massage beds or tranquil lights. This shop is my favorite when I visit Bushwick and my mom loves her nail tech Wendy. Nail tech were mostly talking to each other. Be careful they are slick with the suggestive selling: designs, callus eliminator gel, waxing, gel and etc. You can say no politely and enjoy the massage chairs. Pros: –Fast but without rushing. –The techs were gloves and masks. –All tools and stations are sanitized in your immediate view. –Good price point. Cons: –Occasionally street sellers are trying to offer clients the latest movie bootleg. –Are the nail techs talking about me or the other customers? It’s like that episode of Seinfeld where Elaine thinks the shop owners are talking about her. They probably are but your feet will look great!

I give one star because I can’t give zero! Went to this place because I needed a mani pedi in a pinch. Large place, looks clean so I go in. A woman asks what service I want and tells me to have a seat. About 10 minutes later, I’m still sitting while both she and a gentleman are leisurely walking around the salon & having a conversation. When asked if one of them could service me: «I only do this» «I only do that.» Really?! So you are a specialist & as such, don’t provide basic services? C’mon! But I’m the only one here, waiting. The worst thing anyone can do to the consumer in me is treat me as though my money isn’t worthy of time, attention & respect. Side bar: my «pedicure» was done before I finished typing this review.

Great nail salon in Bushwick right off Broadway. Came here with a friend to get manicures. She got specialty paining for her nails and the tech did a fabulous job at a very good price. I also got my nails wrapped and painted as well as a pedicure. This reminded me of the great experience I had in NC when I got my gel nails and a pedicure for my sister’s wedding. Spacious place and they give you slippers so you can dry your toes. Nice ladies, great color selections and cheaper prices than you’d get in Manhattan. I’d totally return.
