Had the pleasure of meeting Dmitry today at vaping culture. He took the time to educate me on my new mod. No pretentions, extremely personable and very knowledgeable. I’ve been smoking blues for the past 2 or so years, wanted an upgrade. Bought a fancy box online, had no idea how to use it. The juice I got with it almost made me pass out (way too strong) not enough info on youtube, and I wanted a human person to inform me of the subtleties of my new vice toy. Dmitry took the time, answered all my questions, had me taste a menu of flavors, as well as finesse my mod to my finicky prefrences. Not the biggest spot and not alot of product, but what they lack in things they more then make up for in customer service and his name is Nick. I knew very little about vaping usuing a pen for almost 2 years i knew absolutely nothing about mods or atomizers let alone dripping. Then i meet Nick who i learn from everytime i step into the store. The man is simply the best and takes his time with every custome, so you dont feel like you are being rushed out. Now ive been to alot of other vape stores and customer service is best here at least to me. I can buy most of my vaping needs alot maybe evwn find it for cheaper but i go to Nick simply because i learn what i need to know about the product from him. I upgraded from a pen to a box mod with him learning that a pen isnt enough for me. Within a month i started dripping and in a week or 2 of getting a box mod (eleaf 50 watt) i started dripping. Not too long after watching Nick i got a mechanical sage mod with a mutation atty. Im chasing clouds more then ever and because im purely looking to chase clouds i dont have a need for nicotine. Thanks Nick! Next up for me is learning how to build and im love the builds Nick has made for me. So that means im learning from Nick again.
