Zero Stars… So I went in there this past Saturday to get 4 pictures printed out from my recent vacation. I put the USB in the machine and selected print all and selected the size 4×6 … So they printed. I waited for 10 – 15 min got my pictures and left. Went to my car and checked the pictures, one of them was a statue of a shoe and the whole front of the shoe was cut off… That’s the whole purpose of the picture. So I went back to ask for a reprint. This tall bald guy started yelling at me from the get-go. He is yelling at me its your fault you cropped it that way !!! So I show him on my phone the picture isn’t cropped that way and I didn’t crop anything, I just selected print all, it didn’t even give me an option to crop. Of course he was not listening to me just screaming, when I was still calm I said why are you making this so difficult? Just reprint the picture. He started saying I am not doing it for free or something like that. I replied I never said I wanted it for free, I’ll give you the 30 cents it’s ok. So basically he was refusing to do it and just went on and on how it’s my fault blah blah blah. That’s when I got pissed and started yelling back. I asked him what’s his name and he told me «Non Ya» … So I asked again and he replied screaming«Non Ya». I told him that’s not very professional. There was some customer(young woman) standing there and than she started saying to me he is right it’s your fault you cropped it wrong. OMG these people pissed me off so much. That customer needs to mind her own business because she wasn’t even there in the beginning. And why the hell are you opening your mouth and defending this A hole? I felt like I was in a twilight zone! I didn’t crop anything !!! I just followed the computer and selected print all. So finally the lady there did it for me. This was one of the worst intersections I ever had in retail. This guy needs to be fired or better yet needs anger management and lots of Xanax. No wonder he will be working in a chain pharmacy for the rest of his life, with such wonderful people skills that he obviously posses(rolling my eyes). By the way his name is Tom !!(That’s what the lady there told me not sure if it’s true)

How can a place like that have just one cashier working? I just needed 4 products, for that I wasn’t willing to wait that whole line. I left the products on the counter and left. I love Walgreen, but a place like this, on such a main location, can’t have 8 people waiting on line when more coming.

Let me start by saying don’t even bother going to this Walgreens if you have pain medication I get 10 to 11 scripts a month two of them are pain medicines they told me because of some checklist they can’t fill it for me now I’ve been on this medication for 20 years and it’s ridiculous that I can’t fill my medicine and one of these big Chain pharmacy like Walgreens the funny thing about it is my mother goes in there and she has a script for pain medicine and get it filled not only do I have the scripts but my doctor electronically send about it 8 more so I’m totally legit no problem and they turned me away 2& I use Walgreens pharmacy for prescriptions

This is one of the most popular Walgreens I know because of it’s location. You might think it is the most professional because of it’s popularity, however, you might be terribly mistaken. I remember coming in a couple of times and having their employees walk around stalking me and watching me to make sure I don’t steal nothing. It made me feel less of a human. I don’t know why they would assume that I came in to steal something. I’m no longer a customer of theirs because of this. The prices are crazy as well. They constantly say you will end up saving meanwhile you will end up overpaying. I don’t recommend shopping here at all.

Like many other Walgreens stores, they run out of advertised sale items on the very first day of the sale period(Sunday.) Another thing that customers must be aware of: the regular price of MANY products at this location is higher compared to other Walgreens stores in Brooklyn. As a result, in cases when there’s a Buy-one-get-one-50%-off sale, you may think you’re getting a good deal for your money, but you’re actually getting ripped off.

Came in here a month ago to apply for a Walgreens card asked the cashier and she very rudely let out a big sigh, rolled her eyes going UGH so i just walked out didn’t even bother I decided to go back a couple of days later i was planning on buying hairspray there was no price tag on it so I went to the cashier and of course I get the same lady as last time so i asked can you check the price she had the nerve to reply with«what you can’t read the price tag»? I was appalled the way she treated me I explained there’s no price tag she insisted every item has a price tag finally she gave in and checked turned out it was more money then what I had so I said okay thank you she then said so you wanted me to check the price and your not even gonna buy it rolling her eyes i had just enough i yelled at her and put her in her place she was rude disrespectful and a bitch i will NEVEREVER shop at this walgreens again.

This Walgreen’s needs an overhaul; terrible service, dirty bathrooms and disorganized shelves. It’s a frustrating shopping experience.

I agree with the previous reviewers… Came here last night and it appears as though this is the store Walgreens forgot… Perhaps its because they opened one a few blocks away recently that has a parking lot… And you can never find parking for this one.

I used to love this Walgreens. It was always clean, organized, well-stocked, and quick. I don’t know when it turned into a complete disaster, but it happened sometime in the last year or so. Now, I avoid this place like the plague. There is always a long line with only one cash register open. The products are all over the place, and when something is advertised to be «on sale»(with a coupon right next to the product), the cashier has no recollection of the discount when you’re ready to pay. Seriously? Then why are you advertising sales that this store doesn’t even participate in? Management is either inattentive, or absent. I have no idea who runs this joint, but more people need to speak up. Actually, there is always at least one person who does during the 10+ minute wait on the line to pay, but no one listens. Also, this place is the ONLY store that doesn’t accept credit/debit payments on gift cards. I have no clue why, but if you ever need to buy a gift card and you have no other choice but to go to this establishment, you better have cash on you. Anyway, I’ll take my business to Duane Reade from now on. The rudeness, mess, and long wait here is not worth my energy.

This Walgreens is severely mismanaged. Everyone I know has a complaint about this store. For one, nine times out of 10, there is only one cashier at the register. Usually this cashier is extremely rude, slow and unhelpful. The store itself is always a mess. It is common to find items strewn on the floor. The pharmacy? A whole other problem. My mother actually had to move her medicine from this Walgreens because the pharmacists treated her so poorly. On my Tuesday(2÷8÷2011) visit in-particular, I went to purchase a hand towel that I found on the sales shelf. I was told(rudely) that I could not purchase the towel because it was apparently a part of a set that was ripped apart and thrown around the isle. I confronted the store’s manager about this by simply saying, «You may want to remove these towels from your inventory since you cannot sell them.» His reply? «Have a NICE day M’am.» Downright snarky — he completely brushed off a helpful suggestion from a then regular customer. Before exiting I actually made it a point to tell him that everyone who worked at that store was rude. It is unfortunate that our neighborhood drugstore is so disheveled. The entire staff needs to be let go. Corporate needs to bring in new managers and pharmacists. Bring in new cashiers and MORE of them. Perhaps install self checkout machines. All I know is something needs to be done. This store is an absolute MESS.

Big and clean… right across the street from Bally’s on Kings Highway. I go here a lot when I need some odds and ends around the place. Never used the pharmacy though… how very odd.
