Ok I have to say that this Walgreens has always been good to me. Hardly wait in line, friendly staff and open later than anything else around. I live close by so come in at least a few times a week. They have grey weekly specials and when combined with coupons you can save some decent money on so many things. I wish it was open 24 hours, that would be amazing.
I always buy my bottled water from here as they always have amazing deals such as 2/​$ 5 for 24 packs. Bring in the empty ones and you get your recycle refund!
No complaints !!!

I wish I knew the number to the district of this location so I can ask them why they do not carry makeup of ALL colors like other drug store. Keep in mind that the majority of customers in this area are black. They don’t even have the queen collection by covergirl. WHY? So because of that reason, they’re getting 1 star from me.

Once again, rude, ghetto and unprofessional as ever. The bald-​headed eagle in the pharmacy department needs a lesson on customer service. First off, you should acknowledge that a customer is standing at the counter. I stood at the counter as she typed something into the computer two times while I stood there. Then when she finally felt compelled to assist me, she was barely audible. Can you speak, fool? Don’t be rude to people who don’t feel well. Is that way you’re only a pharmacy assistant? Fucking bitch.

Now I’ve been to some shitty Walgreen’s, and this has to be THE shittiest. I mean, the selection ’ good. The store itself isn’t bad. It’s the waiting. Why am I in Walgreen’s for more than 5 minutes? Why do you have one person working the register for the pharmacy? Why do you have one person working the register at the front? Please. Please. PLEASE replace these registers with self checkout lines. Either Walgreen’s isn’t hiring enough staff or people don’t want to go up to the register. Replace their asses with robots.
I don’t think I’ve ever seen a pharmacy with as long and slow a line as this one. WHY NOT HAVE TWO PEOPLE. THERE ARE TWO REGISTERS. THE DEMAND IS THERE.
Thank god my job pays for your prescriptions being sent by mail. I’m about to be out this bitch. Fuck Walgreen’s.

would give 0 stars because:
1– it takes less time to go to downtown bk and get my prescriptions
2– extremely terrible customer service
3– terrible customer service with a terrible night manager, so bad i decided to wait until the morning to get what i needed so i could exit the store without incident.
everyone here has an extreme attitude. go downtown or the walgreens on myrtle and broadway (although the wait there is long too 15+ min waiting in line after showing up 20 min after they said my prescription would be ready)

5 stars for being open until 10p on a Sunday. I was in need of some stuff (make of it what you will) and looked for a Duane Reade that had late hours on a Sunday. Walgreens (which is also owed by DR or vice versa) popped up. I rushed over, got what I needed, paid and walked out. Easy, breezy… Just the way I like it.

I like that this Walgreens is here with the good hours. The nearest drugstore to me would have been Rite Aid in Halsey which is too inconvenient. Unfortunately, checking out is always so slow! They never have enough people at the register and sometimes the checkout girls have such terrible attitudes. The inefficiency is something I can deal with because I really do think its great the Walgreens is in this location.

sigh…/i think it’s great (and obvious) that they hire local but seriously, screen your employees! Almost every time I go into this Walgreens the store is a mess and the cashier is super rude. Not cool! Unfortunately it is the closest major pharmacy in the area.
The neighborhood is changing quite rapidly… perhaps they will be forced to clean up their act or a Duane Reade will come…
