I fell into the pattern of doing the same thing over and over on guitar and needed help getting a fresh perspective. Coire is an excellent teacher. He taught me a lot of new theory to make my playing more interesting, as well as different techniques to change up my sound.

Coire is a great teacher. He tried to get a sense of your style of playing and musical interests and teach you things that you want to learn. He’s very flexible and accommodating. He helped me get ready for my first solo shows (which went great!). I couldn’t have done it without him!

Coire really knows his theory. He designs lessons around what you want to learn and helps get you where you need to go. You can tell he actually cares about the preparation. Ive been taking lessons from him for about 4 months and have definitely stepped up my chops.

I’d taken lessons from two other «teachers» before meeting Coire. One guy was a total nut. The other didn’t know how to teach. Now I have a nut who can teach.
Seriously, Coire makes me feel totally comfortable when I’m playing in front of him. He comes to the lesson 100% prepared with a plan and printed lessons. He truly seems to understand what it means to teach.
I’m having a good time and I’m learning something, isn’t that the point?
