I can’t believe nobody has reviewed this place yet. White Furniture has been one of my favorite spots for new furniture in the five boroughs. This space used to be much smaller with an enormous back room, but they opened it up and made more retail space.
Sure, it is filled with «Knollkoffs» and «ReplicEames» but they have many original designs as well. I bought a rope edge «Eames» rocker here a little over four years ago and I am amazed at how well it has held up. I have a number of authentic Herman Miller Eames shell chairs, and the one from White Furniture is superior in every way. Really solid with no flex or give.
The prices here are really cheap for the quality and if you ever have a problem, I know they’ve been pretty generous with exchanges and returns. Sometimes items are backordered, or are not stocked in the store, so feel free to ask someone if you don’t see what you want. They have a few different locations in Manhattan and they can pull from them if you need something ASAP.
