Sat there for 45 minutes to get my report and Mri and when I got to the doctor I relaxed they gave me a empty cd…

The ineptitude of this place is through the roof!
Had a CT scan done for surgery and they had two weeks to send it to the surgeon and never sent it.
Now I’m trying to get the Reports sent to an new Doctor and I’ve been calling them for two days to try and get them faxed over and still they never fax them over. They keep telling me they’re «I’m it doing right now“when I’m on the phone with them but never end up actual doing it.
Honestly don’t know how they are still in business.
I’d give them no stars if I could.

Scumbag SCAMERS! DO NOT, I REPEAT DO NOT COME HERE!
My sister left here is tears because this establishment is a rip off. They wanted her credit card information «In Case» her insurance doesn’t pay for imaging. Where else in NYC do they practice this law? An MRI cost thousands of dollars, if insurance doesn’t cover it, you’ll take that off of her credit card? This place is a huge SCAM!
When asked, «Why didn’t you tell me this over the phone» the stupid Cunt (Excuse my language but I am pissed) at the front desk said «I didn’t have to» I demand someone calls me right away before I put this business in their place and drag their name through the dirt in my entire community. It doesn’t take much to set up an investigation with local reporters on a place like this. NEVER TRUST ANYONE WHO WILL DECLINE YOUR DEBIT CARD AS HOLD AND ONLY ASK FOR A CREDIT CARD! SCAM, SCAM, SCAM!

The employees at the front desk and on the phone are very kind, patient and helpful. Today was my second visit to the center and I was treated well even though I was a bit late (I called). Coming from a different borough, I got a bit turned around. .anyhoo, once there I filled out the paperwork and was seen immediately. The technician was lovely and knowledgable. She let me know that if I needed her, to let her know and how long the procedure would take. I sang quite a few praise and worship songs, being that it took around twenty minutes. After getting dressed and on my way out to the lobby, I made sure to let the office manager know how pleased I was with the service during my second visit and to keep up the good work.
P. S. For my first visit, I had to bring my toddler and they kept her entertained while I had the procedure done. The employees of Williamsburg Medical Imaging ROCK!!! Thanks again to them for all that they do to help people who need their services. It is an extremely busy office and it is always packed with patients.

Complete failure of a business. Their equipment is often broken, the management is rarely if ever available. Want your films after you get an MRI? Be prepared to wait indefinitely and pay out the nose for them (they have many printed out pieces of paper taped up with the prices around the office).
Very big waiting rooms, lots of staff, 0 competency.
GO SOMEWHERE ELSE.
