Plain and simple — this is not a dog breeder you want to do business with. I bought a Black Russian Terrier from Cindy and Fritz and they flat out lied to me. I have spend thousand of dollars in surgeries for hips and elbows on my pup and they claimed they have only healthy dogs from great lines. These people were very deceptive and I would not recommend them.
