I’ve been buying cell phones since the era of the bag phone in the 80’s. The sales people are usually just great. because, of course, they are selling you something. Jose, the manager at this store, went way above and beyond to help me on a warranty claim – can’t heap enough praise on him. Have to lob some praise his way, and as well a caveat– if you walk in and get Dawn as your salesperson, well. just wait on the next available.

I bought an IPhone 5s with a Sonix case back in July 2014. The case was defective and I took it to the AT&T Flatirons location to utilize the 1-​year limited case warranty but the manager would not honor the warranty. She was also short with me and gave me the wrong information. I felt frustrated when I left. I then went to the AT&T store located in Longmont and they were great. They were not rude at all and did not charge me anything for the new case or the shipping. I’ve had other Sonix cases before and I’ve been happy with Sonix and will buy them again because they make my favorite case design. I will not shop at the AT&T FLATIRON location again. Not all AT&T stores are created equal.

I believe this location has moved to outside the flatiron mall near the food court side. I actually walked out after being talked down to for 10 minutes. The sales girl was snide when I asked questions when I needed clarification on what she said. She kept going back to her sales pitch and never did resolve the issue I came in with. She kept looking around outside, didn’t seem to be really listening to me, very distracted. It was lunch time, maybe she was hungry?

Awful service! Bobby was the one that «helped me». I went in wanting to switch to an Android from an Iphone and he tried to talk me out of it. After making it clear I wanted an android. He tried to sell me some promo by lying about the cost. He said he would throw in a speaker, but I got charged for it. He then told me he would be fired if he returned it and asked if I could provide him with a job because I was the one that wanted to make a return… WHAT… When I tried to return it he was rude about it. I will NEVER go back!
