I have been coming here since 2013 when i moved to the area, and I have always received the best care by staff and doctors as well as the optical department. Everyone is easy to talk to, personable, and gives me whatever time is needed for concerns and questions. I feel very cared about. I had eye surgery last year and was very comfortable and satisfied with the aftercare. Making appointments is always easy.

I have been coming here for a long time, and I have always been treated very well! I still travel an hour to come see them after I moved away from Broomfield. They are always so kind and so thorough! Wouldn’t go anywhere else for my eyes.

I’ve been seeing Dr. Kuskie for the past 8 years and he is phenomenal! He’s very easy to talk to, very personable, takes the time to explain each step of every process, and genuinely cares about my well being. I’ve been with him through both of my pregnancies and he went into detail on what I should expect in terms of changes with my eyesight. My 4-​year old just saw him for the first time last week and he extends the same courtesy and kindness to her and made her feel at ease. I highly recommend Dr. Kuskie and his team! Each and every one of them is courteous, professional, and helpful

Great eye center. I was seen very quickly and the doctor (Dr. Kuskie) explained everything thoroughly to make sure I understood exactly what was going on. I will definitely be coming back for my eye and contact exam next year!

Enjoyed a very professional experience with all employees I encountered. Dr. Hagen was thorough and was insistent that I needed to be seen that same day by a retina specialist. They made all nessasary communications, transfered insurance information and was able to schedule an appointment with a surgeon, who confirmed Dr. Hagen’s diagnosis. Doesn’t get any better.

I have always had a good experience at this eye center. The prescriptions are accurate, the contact lens offered are suitable to my needs, and the doctors are problem solving and willing to answer questions to help me understand their recommendations and eye health findings. I usually see Dr. Harlan or Dr. Kuskie. Contrary to other reviewers, I have found the staff to be efficient and helpful. They seem concerned about making my experience a positive one.

Worst Eye Doctor Ever! The first doctor lecture me about contacts even though I’ve worn them for years without any issues and wouldn’t order new ones for me. I complained and went back in for a second visit with a different doctor and he said he had no clue what was going on that my eyes were just fine and ordered them for me, the staff was rude and I’ll never be back.

Dr. Jordan is absolutely wonderful. Her staff, not so much. They are rude, unhelpful and not all that intelligent. Too bad Dr. Jordan doesn’t work elsewhere!

Rip Off. Took too long to get my glasses. When they called me in to tell me my order was ready I assumed it was complete. I hiked my butt there only to find out that just my contacts were ready, had I known I would have waited until my glasses were in.
They had poor signage indicating there were different counters for contact and Glasses pick up. I of course waited in the wrong area and found out I wasted 15minutes only to have to wait in another line.
They also didn’t understand my VSP insurance? When I challended their math and insurance application the final bill went down, then up then down and finally I ended of paying what I felt was too much when I got home and decphered their convoluted bill.
