Kerri Charles, MD

Dr Kerri Charles is wonderful! Worth driving out to Broomfield for :) She is friendly, knowledgeable and really took her time to listen. I had so many random questions and she answered all of them. I didn’t feel rushed as I often do at doctor’s offices. Wish she was still in Denver.

Dr Kerri Charles is the best PCP I have ever had in my LIFE!!! It doesn’t get any better than this incredible team of nurses, front desk staff, and doctor. Dr Kerri is the kindest, friendliest and most understanding PCP out there. I was running late to my first appt and she stayed late to see me! She was not angry or annoyed at me, just kind and loving. She was not arrogant or dismissive. She answered all my questions and put me at great ease. Talk about fabulous bedside manner! If I could give her 12 stars I would. I felt seen, heard, and totally cared for. Sara, Dr. Charles’s assnt, was extremely friendly and caring too. She has made getting blood work and test’s run a BREEZE. Bird’s of an awesome feather always flock together! Dr. Kerri Charles is amazing so it makes perfect sense her TEAM would be too.
If you are looking for a doctor who is approachable, friendly, and has incredible bed side manner, GO! Now. Call and book an appt.

Seems strange that as a new patient I cannot see a doctor for 6 weeks. I’m a bit concerned. Even if I were to be struggling with strep throat, I was told that I wouldn’t be able to get in under 6 weeks. Am I the only person that thinks that is odd?

If there were six stars, I would give them all to Dr. Charles without hesitation. My first appointment was the best appointment I’ve ever had at a Dr.‘s office; Dr. Charles has a way of making you feel like her old friend and I felt completely at ease. I had a long list of health questions and possible ailments and she patiently listened to me and took the time to thoughtfully discuss everything I brought up. At one point she even pulled out a physician’s encyclopedia-​type book and showed me illustrations about a skin condition I’ve been struggling with. I left feeling empowered and had a newfound respect for medical professionals.
After a trip to Belize, I went to urgent care twice and was ultimately hospitalized for a little bug bite on my back. I had half a dozen doctors look at the bite, and every one of them had a different prognosis. When I finally went to Dr. Charles to follow up after the hospital visit, she took one look at my bug bite and immediately knew what the culprit was. I was furious at the other docs that didn’t listen when I told them I’d gone to Belize and had numerous mosquito bites. One of them even suggested it was an ingrown hair (highly unlikely and borderline insulting). I was so impressed that Dr. Charles immediately knew I had a botfly and a week later I was healthy, bug-​free, and once again awestruck by her knowledge.
Last but not least, Dr. Charles always remembers me as if we’re good friends, recalling details of my personal life and asking me how I’ve been since we last met. It’s always unnerving to go to the doctor’s office… unless Dr. Charles is your doctor.

My visit with Dr. Charles was amazing. She is very personable and thorough in her process. She is kind and was very good at explaining everything to me that she was thinking in trying to get my health back on track. She looks at me as a patients but as a person first and made me feel at ease to be open to her with out feeling judged or classified into a certain group so I felt as though I was receiving very individualized care. She had medications sent to the pharmacist before I got home. In my opinion she is great and so is her staff. I highly recommend!!!

I don’t like doctors. I never have. The last time I was sick I refused to go to the doctor… of course turns out that I really should have gone to the doctor because my appendix ruptured… but I digress, that story is for another day.
Dr. Charles. Is. Awesome. She is patient, friendly, knowledgable, accomodating, and every other positive word I can think of to describe her. I have never met a doctor like her. Looking for a good doctor, then look no further.
