Men’s Wearhouse

Just walked out of here due to really bad customer service. Clothes in hand, I couldn’t even get a sales person to make eye contact with me, and they were everywhere. A couple sales people having a nice personal conversation, so I stand right by the dressing rooms. Still nothing…

My fiancé and I went to the Men’s Wearhouse to look for a suit for our elopement wedding. We had looked online prior to going to the store and knew what we were looking for. The salesman was nice at first. When we told him what we were looking for, he told us they didn’t have anything like that and started showing us suits that were twice the price of what was advertised online. We were honest and told him that the suits he was showing us was more than were wanting to spend. We were interested in the one we found on the website. He wasn’t nice anymore. He became snobby, distant, and even walked away, leaving us standing there not knowing what to do. We walked out. I wouldn’t recommend this store to anyone!

Great service here — I went in a few months back to get a suit and ended up getting 2 for about 750 tailored when it was all said and done.
Because of that spend I got a $ 50 coupon, went back in yesterday and got two shirts with good service again. I asked about collar stays and they were nice enough to hand over 10 or so plastic ones for free.
I’ll be back for sure.

I also recently had an excellent experience with George Brew. I’ve shopped with Men’s Warehouse in the past and I’ve always been very satisfied. I’ve found that finding people who are true experts in men’s clothing is getting to be a rarity. I’ve went to several department stores and asked some basic questions and the staff looked at me with a clueless expression. I appreciate being able to find sharp looking, high quality men’s clothes, expert recomendations, all at reasonable prices. Sure you can pay for a $ 100 department store suit but you get what you pay for. George took the time to show me several suits and made recomendations based on what I like. Both suits look excellent on me. George is very patient and put me at ease and I got more than I expected. He was very patient and helped me pick out some very nice and comfortable shoes that he said he personally wore.

I also recomend signing up for their Perfect Fit Rewards. They run some great sales and the rewards program is rather generous.

Came here today with the boyfriend continuing the search for black pants for his work. We’ve been to several other Men’s Warehouses, while all the experiences have been good, George Brew made this one exceptional. If you are looking for a fantastic shopping experience, with an amazing wardrobe consultant, come see George. He is extremely experienced, not pushy in any way and very genuine. We will make it a point to shop at this location in the future and with George specifically.
We ended up purchasing a pair of very nice wool pants that needed to be custom tailored, and George was even able to accommodate a reasonably short time line. The search for pants is finally over.

I have used different Men’s Wearhouse locations before, but this has been the worst 3 experiences I’ve had at the business. The employees here are very rude, and I had the feel that they just wanted me in and out as fast as possible with 0 regard of my satisfaction.
I asked a few questions and got no useful information, but more of a «here is what we have in stock, take it or leave it» type of attitude. My fiancé felt as if the employees viewed her question as stupid when she asked a couple questions.
For the most part the employees spent their time conversing with each other (surprisingly this happened on all 3 visits). Professionalism is extremely low, I suggest going to a different location, or even better a different business.

Good experience. We had to wait a few minutes but ended up with a friendly fellow named Eric. He had me fitted and out the door in a jiffy. I’d go back for my own purchases in the future.

I’ve used Men’s Wearhouse before and I have to say i feel the quality of customer assistance was some what lacking here. During the first fitting the worker helping me was not very helpful answering questions and I feel like they didn’t really care about what I wanted. Also when I came to pick my tux up they rushed me through trying it on and didn’t even ask me how I liked it. I just feel that if I’m spending alot of money to rent a tux and it would be nice if you acted like my opinion mattered.
