Pottery Barn is my go to store when it comes to updating décor, pillows and bedding! I love when going into a PB store and the sales people help you create, update and design your living room, dining or bedroom! This is NOTWHATHAPPENSATTHEFLATIRONSTORE, unfortunately. I have shopped at this store hundreds of times and each time I realize I should have just ordered online. The customer service is about the same. I only wish there was another store to go to. It’s such a treat going down to shop in arizona at the store near us there! The service and design team say hello, they offer fun design ideas, and give you incredible customer service. I can dream that someday the flatiron store will consider the customers in the store more than the phone.

I want to comment on how lovely the salespeople are there, in particular a kind woman named Sue. I was just after a duvet cover and Sue’s warmth and helpfulness, which turned into a brief but fun connection, ensures I’ll enjoy this duvet cover even more because of her kindness. I’ll definitely return to this specific location.

I have many items of «home décor» from this store. Pottery Barn style suits my personal style as well as my house architecture. Most are small touches, here and there. Their small items are not expensive and the quality usually quite good. I have glass and pottery items and a few clocks in addition to pillows and a throw. I am pleased with a small rug I found there last summer to replace an old handmade family heirloom that had finally fallen apart. Nothing else in the room was to be changed but the substitute works fine. Their dining department is small and rather weak. And the down/feather pillow inserts for the throw pillow covers that I got last summer are not as well made as they should be. But otherwise, I can’t complain. The sales people are quite helpful and knowledgeable.

Great selection of stuff… BUT mostly overpriced. I bought a desk plus extension. One of the drawers was broke due to stripped out screw from manufacturer. Turns out cheap particle board wood for a $ 250 drawer section, can’t help but break. I took the 30% back that was offered. Very fair! Desk looks great in the end. Thanks Matthew for your help.

Helpful service and a good selection of inexpensive everyday expendable, disposable in a few years items. I love it for things I know I’ll change out within 2 years and not feel guilty about doing so.

My husband and I went to the mall to check out another store. When we didn’t buy anything there, he wanted to check out Pottery Barn on our way out. I’m so glad he did. We entered the store 5 minutes before it closed and we were greeted by Kevin, a store manager. He wasn’t aggressive(which we liked) but very nice and helpful. We saw an item we liked and it was a pleasure to do business. He told us he had no problem staying after-hours to help us with our purchase. His customer service rocked and I highly recommend checking this location out. Thanks Kevin!
