Staff is rude and inconsiderate! Avoid this place at all costs. Michelle is the manager and needs to be fired and slapped back to the dark ages! I personally don’t like her either. Always nosey and just a filthy place !

I like this Starbucks, close to the office so everyone I know goes there and I havent heard them have any issues either. They honor all coupons even the one time I printed one off the internet and it ended up not being real. The coffee is good always made to proportion and they ask if you want to use your free coffee reward.

Friendly, welcoming, competent staff. They don’t argue when the inevitable order misunderstanding happens. They get big orders fairly regularly because of the nearby offices in Interlocken but work through them quickly. Two quibbles: Seating gets fairly tight at times and isn’t particularly comfortable at the best of times. The internet is pretty slow. I do most of my work offline so it’s great for my productivity but not when I need to do research. EDIT: Since my review, they’ve upgraded their internet!

This place is okay. I will be driving to the one near Summit instead. When ordering here make sure to speak loudly into the speaker because even if you order something they may not get your order correct and will get snippy with you if you try to tell them otherwise.

It’s a Starbucks, so the coffee is Starbucks coffee. However the seating area is cramped, the chairs are uncomfortable and the place is quite noisy.

Service with a smile! I am new to the area and this is my regular spot for coffee on the go. The baristas are friendly and quick. Not to mention the addicting Starbucks coffee(yes, I am part of the cult). I split time between the drive thru and the actual shop itself. But I would stick to the drive thru because the store is small so anywhere you sit, you will get the draft from the door constantly opening. Good food, great coffee, and excellent customer service! What more could you ask for?

Nate is fabulous! He remembers my name, even though I go through the drive through. The staff is always friendly and if I ever have an issue the are quick to fix it!

The staff here was so friendly and competent. I was in the area to get my eyeglasses repaired at a nearby store. I have not been to this section of the Flatirons shopping district recently and was shocked at how many vacant stores there are now. But the Starbucks was moderately busy and there was tons of parking in the huge lot. There is even a drive thru but since I usually get my regular custom drink, I like to go into the stores and order in person. I also got a slice of lemon pound cake which was so fresh, no dried edges like some coffee shops.

Was here for a Car Show, and was thirsty because it was warm out. Ordered a Strawberry Frappuccino thing, and a Iced Lemon Coffee Cake. He messed up my order i guess because 900 cars sitting in a parking lot with 1 food truck and 1 Starbucks you tend to get thirsty so Starbucks had a constant rush. But he fixed it and quickly gave me the right thing I ordered. My Drink Order had no problems nor did my friends who I got suckered into paying for. Plus he offered to refund my money which was not necessary but i appreciate the gesture. The Inside is nice, and when in a rush they don’t freak out. They stay calm cool and collected with getting out the drink orders. Could use more plug ins for your laptop. But its not the biggest inside as well. They are more than friendly which is a good thing.

The employees here are friendly and welcoming, and the baked goods are fresh. The drinks are of the typical quality from Starbucks — they’ve definitely got that consistency thing going for them. I’m surprised how busy this location is(especially the sunny patio), given that it’s in the middle of a large parking lot and surrounded by vacant stores. I’m guessing it’s the proximity to Interlocken businesses that keep this place jumpin’. That’s what lured me in on the way to Level 3 today. I’m sure I’ll find myself back here on those days when I can’t stop in Louisville at Vic’s or Café de Paris to get my indie coffee fix.
