Too bad I can’t give negative stars. Horrible service! Super slow! We ordered TWO burritos and ended up getting a refund after waiting A HALFHOUR! How hard is it to slap some meat and beans in a tortilla and wrap it up? I don’t get it.

This is the slowest Taco Bell that I have ever been to! I was stuck in the drive thru for FORTY minutes on a Monday night at 10pm with no way to escape! When I went back 2 weeks later there was a sign that said«Sorry, closed due to extreme understaffing». They just can’t seem to get their act together.

Wow. Lunch time on a Wednesday and only four people working, one taking orders for lobby and drive thru alternately, broken soda machine and both lines to the door. I know it’s Taco Bell but man get your crap together

This is the worst F ING Taco Bell ever. I went inside to place my order and after waiting 10 after I had paid for the food I was told by management that they deleted my order and did nothing but say a weak sorry. I will never go to this location again. To bad I can not give a 0 star rating

Wow. Stood in line for 10 minutes, got to the register and she tells me it’s going to be 20 – 25 minutes to get my food. AT A TACOBELL? In the middle of the day on. Sunday? This is a fast food restaurant, not a 5-star. Don’t know what they think their wait times should be, but that’s not it. We left without ordering anything because that is ridiculous.

For the love of Jah, this place is slowwwww. One of my hobbies is eating in my car. If I had to rely on this place every day for lunch, I’d never get back to the office! Update 1.6.16. I have been waiting in the drive through for 12 minutes now, going on five minutes at window for car ahead of me. police probably should investigate this business’ activity because it sure isn’t serving customers. I better not get blue meth in my food bag.

Don’t call your customers liars because you can’t count to 6 when putting burritos into a bag. I realize drive thru can be stressful at times but don’t question a repeat customer over a $ 2 burrito when they just spent $ 30 on fast food. Are you serious drive thru lady working at around 1:30PM on a Saturday. Thanks for giving me a hard time and causing me to be a jerk right back. Also thanks for letting me know about the survey on my receipt which I will certainly be submitting.

SLOW, SLOW, SLOW… Everyone is right! Second time there, and I love Taco Bell, the first time I sat in the drive through for 20 minutes before getting the wrong order. I had to go inside to get it correct and they said they would bring it out to me; 10 minutes later I went back in to find out they were almost ready with it. Two minutes later it was finally ready; the saving grace was they gave me the messed up order, which sat in the fridge until I threw it away’. When I walked out there was an employee sitting in the parking lot smoking. I figured the first time was a fluke, so I tried it again, there were cars out to the road for the drive through(first bad sign) so I went inside and ordered to-go, where I set there for 2 minutes before a cashier arrived, then after 10 minutes of waiting, someone that was at least three orders a head of me(he was sitting there when I walked in and two people ordered before me) asked about his order that he had been waiting 20 minutes for. At that point the car that I would have been behind in the drive through had come and gone, so I walked up and asked for a refund. I did get the refund from a very apologetic who constantly said«I’m a cashier, I don’t make the food», but it was a dollar short, I asked them about it and pointed to the receipt she used to give me the refund and she gave me the extra dollar. This time when I walked out one of the managers was sitting in the lot smoking and talking to a her apparent buddy that was sitting in the car. I mentioned that the people inside were waiting and upset about 20+ minutes of sitting there, she said she was on a mandatory break and then turned back to her friend. At the point of walking out, the guy that had been sitting there for roughly 25 minutes was still waiting, with no signs of food coming. Heed my advice and go to Chili’s, it takes the same amount of time to get your food, but you get a nice booth and beer(if you want) while you wait.

It’s a Taco Bell so obviously expectations should only be so high but the service here is extremely slow, we have gotten our orders messed up on multiple occasions, and the couple of times we have gone inside to eat, it was not very clean. The people are not rude, so I guess that’s a plus. Other than that. Not very good quality even for Taco Bell standards.

I had the xxl steak Taco. Nothing special or extravagant about it, except the price. They claim you get double the ingredients. But double of nothing is still nothing. So the only thing double is the price.

Honestly i have low expectation for taco bell But what i do expect is to not spend 30 minutes of my life sitting in the drive through. I understand if its bus and your backed up but its like this ALLTHETIME. Anymore i just refuse the stupid food and drive off. Other taco bells arn’t nearly as bad as this one. I refuse to go the this specific taco bell because of the same issues that they refuse to fix.

It’s bad enough that this is the closest location to me. What’s worse is every time I’ve been to this location(120th and Sheridan) something is always screwed up. Their beans are never fully cooked, something is always missing or screwed up and during my most recent and final visit to this location, they failed to give me my $ 10.17 change back. Avoid this location if you can.

Why is it that no matter what Taco Bell that you go to, your order ALWAYS gets screwed up? Even if your order is completely straightforward with no special orders, it’ll still come out wrong. How is that even possible? When it comes out right, there’s no denying it, I like Taco Bell. But, can we please work on getting orders out correctly?

Look here faceless corporation of taco product that rules the chain that provides me the quick fix that I need to blanket the effects from my strangely persistent binge consumption of liquids that contain alcohol during the time of night which follows my evening of consistent rejections from women that are clearly out of my league. Your food is terrible and is only good as a hangover medication. I suggest reevaluation of your market. You’d quadruple your revenue if you market your products as nacho flavored pharmaceuticals. I’m giving you two stars solely on the fact that the people that you have working at this local sweat-shop are pleasant and good at translating my drunken ramblings.
