Arby’s

I’ve been meaning to write a review for this particular Arby’s for quite some time. I’m not sure what changed there, but several months ago we noticed that their staff was cheerful, helpful, and all the way around awesome. This didn’t used to be the case so I feel bad for waiting so long to say Kudos. Most of the time, our fries and such are made fresh so we have to wait (drive through order), but it’s totally worth it to have fresh fries :)

Beef and Cheddar supposed to be served Hot? Nope. Cold roast beef with lukewarm cheddar sauce my friend.

Staff and manager are super nice and polite. Sandwiches have a good portion of meat on there. Place is always clean. And I love the new sauce choices. Fun to mix and match !

This Arby’s has always had consistently good service. Even on order screw ups, they have always made it right. Lately, they’ve been excellent. They don’t charge extra for au jus and it makes quite the compliment to their Philly sandwich. The snarky general manager is a hoot to talk to, and she would chop off her left arm and bake it for you if they ever ran out of beef. She’s awesome… and I’m sure quite tasty!
Although my last visit showed evidence of serious dinner rush action, the crew was steadily putting the store back to it’s usual immaculate standards. The only negative is the parking lot and their suicide entry and exit areas in which you have to dodge incoming traffic and outgoing traffic from other stores to get out of the lot. Other than that, this is the best fast food joint in Brownsburg.
