So we ate dinner here last night and it was really good. service was friendly and prompt. I ordered a sweet tea and it was good and always had refills when needed. We ordered the meal deal they have now. you start out with a soup or salad, I opted for the Broccoli Cheese soup and it was good, nice and hot. I then got the Broaster Chicken all white meat. They gave me 2 breasts and a wing, it came with mashed potatoes which were good and I felt like that wasn’t enough so I ordered a Mac n Cheese as well. It was way too much food. By the time I ate the soup, the two rolls she brought out I was getting full, then 3 pieces of chicken and two sides. I was stuffed. The meal also comes with a sundae or a cookie at the end of the meal and i was so looking forward to a caramel sundae but I could not eat another bite so I opted for the cookie which still sits on my counter as we speak because i was so full. My meal was $ 12.99 and I felt like that was a good value. Definitely a good meal.

We eat here regularly only bc everyone can get what they want. The food is ok. I asked for a cobb salad with no meat bc I do not eat meat. They did not out chicken on it but apparently bacon is not meat to them. So I jus sat there and picked all the bacon off of it because I knew it would take forever to get another remade. A huge pet peeve of mine at Bob Evans is when you are with a large group they have the person at the end of the table pass all of the food down instead of the server actually walking the food to the correct person. All in all it is what it is, hot food that you order, nothing spectacular.

The service here is just meh. Corporate chain employees just going through the motions. But the food comes out very quickly and very hot. And we always enjoy the country flavor of the dishes. Also, Farmer Bob has been offering many more fresh and healthy options lately. One way that the servers could improve by anticipating needs and reading between the lines. For example, it would make sense to put a family with a child in a car seat in a bigger booth, so they could store the car seat. Or, offer to store the car seat til you are finished with your meal. Perhaps bringing extra napkins in advance. Little things like that show that they care about the service provided.

Decent food for a chain restaurant. Always the same no matter where you go hence the reason why it’s a chain. A personal pet peeve are floors that need swept. Their floors needed swept!

Stopped on they way home from Indy and got very good customer service. Everyone in this place was friendly and put the customer first. My daughter had breakfast and she ate every bite. I had the potato crusted flounder and it was perfect. Crispy outside and tender white fish on the inside. Green beans and mac and cheese were good also. Husband had meatloaf sandwich and he said it was good. Not a bad price for a sandwich. I think it was around five dollars. The place was clean and it wasn’t too busy. Good food for a good price.
