Horrible, horrible, horrible communication. Let me start from the beginning; scheduling a service with them. I called up to schedule them to remove two asian pears and grind the stumps. I reached a receptionist who took down my information and told me they would call me back to schedule an appointment by tomorrow. Tomorrow came and went, and then another tomorrow, and then I called back and was told by the receptionist they would try to call me by the end of the day. Finally they called, and told me they would come out later that week. No set time. They did come, and only removed the trees and did not grind the stumps. I called, and guess who picked up? Bingo! The worthless receptionist. I realize that she is worthless not of her own doing, but because of how they use her. Please tell me what in the flipping world is the point of a receptionist that cannot DOANYTHING but take a message and give it to someone who will call you later? One of the people called me back and said he knew i needed the stumps grinded, but couldn’t do it because it would tear up the ground. That is fine, but that seems like information that could have been given to me before the removal. If my ground is frozen, i am pretty sure everyone in brownsburg has frozen ground too. Whatever, they said they would come back later. Two months later they finally came and grinded the stumps. Then we get sent the invoice. It is the price we were quoted on, but it is just an invoice with 0 information on how to pay. My husband called the receptionist and asked her how to pay. Guess what happened? If your guess was«she doesn’t know and told you she will have someone call you» you are correct! HOWDOESTHERECEPTIONISTNOTKNOWHOWWESHOULDPAYTHEBILL. Why, oh why do you have a human being performing the exact same job duties an answering machine can do and nothing else?! In sum, the tree service was done fine. It was slow and frustrating but they did do the job correctly. However, either let your receptionist answer the most basic questions and perform basic receptionist functions, or just go with an answering machine. Also, let me know how we can pay(we just sent a check, thats fine, but it would’ve been nice to know what our options were). Give me at least a range of when the job will be done(like cable companies do, x day from 9-noon, etc).

This was my first time with a tree service. I had asked for 1 tree to be removed and 2 trees«trimmed». $ 450 later I had 1tree removed and some bottom branches taken off the remaining 2. I trusted them to do what I asked but was told to «revisit» my house would cost me $ 175 each to actually trim my tree. Very disappointing experience! They are not concerned with customer satisfaction but more about the money they can make off of you. I would NOT recommend this company.
