If you are looking for tasty, hot, piled high Mexican (Tejano flavored) food, this is it! !! Go hungry, and be sure to have ONE (they are huge) flour tortilla, with whatever you choose to eat. Best breakfast in town.

Bring cash and get here early! This restaurant has real delicious mexican food. Be sure to come hungry and do not forget to order one homemade tortilla with your order. The tacos are huge! Next time I am in Brownsville I will make sure I stop here for breakfast.

This place is as good as it gets in original Mexican Food. Nothing fancy, but clean and good. Has been in town for years and they make a great flour tortilla. Not expensive but they do have big plates available for real men. You see a lot of cops and Border Patrol eating there. They trust God, you need to bring cash.

This family owned restaurant is a very nice restaurant that offers pretty good home made style breakfast and lunch. It’s legend here in town and you can’t ever go wrong. The downside is that they only accept cash. I recommend the Rio Breakfast which includes: 2 eggs, a slice of frie potatoe, refried beans, and your choice of sausage, ham, or bacon.
