Bunch of POS. Their customer service is a joke and they have no brains whatsoever. There was a deal going on if you buy 2 pillows, get 1 free. I bought 10 pillows for my family since they bought a new house and that already costed me ~$ 1000 so would it hurt for me to save a little money for them and myself on the $ 12.95 S&H? NO! Called in a bunch of times and they still give me the bullshit answer«Sorry this is the overflow line. Can’t do shit so give us a message and you’ll get a call 24 – 48 hrs» This happens over and over for 2 weeks, never got a call or an email, idiots can’t even do that right. Finally got someone and they give me a bitching attitude about how it’s the cost and they can’t combine or lower it even when I stated that their customer service lacked and kept me waiting for so long and not doing their jobs. Bitch kept giving me attitude and didn’t even give a shit about me. I just hung up. Now they just lost a very valuable customer since I told my family to don’t even buy mattresses here since they can’t even take care of a simple pillow problem. NEVERBUYINGTEMPUR-PEDICSHITEVER. Thanks for wasting my time assholes.
