Went in to get some help with a iPhone data transfer. I got the direction from the rep which required WiFi that of course they can’t use in the store !!!’ Got home, followed the directions, and it didn’t work. So I call the store and another rep tells me a different story in which I have to erase everything off my new phone in order to get the info I need from my other phone!!! I thanked him for being of NO help, and as a professional he said Thanks and hung up! I don’t think or know if a rating can get negative stars? So I’ll give a one star rating!!!

Yep it’s a phone store and there are several in town. Just thought I’d toss a quick 5 starer on Unilocal for the crew here. When shopping for a phone they took time to show me everything and answer all of my questions with no pressure. It seems that the staff here are tech geeks and just enjoy what they are doing. Other local businesses could learn a little about customer service by walking in here and considering it an example.
