Domino’s Pizza

I’ve ordered here several times because it’s near my office. I always order online, pay online, and show up when it’s ready. All they have to do is cook it and hand me my pizza.
On one occasion everything was spot on. On every other occasion something is always wrong or missing. I can’t do much about it because by time I get home and find the mistake, who wants to drive back.
Tonight was by far the worse. They had about eight people all ready in the lobby. No one was manning the front desk. The one girl that came by very sparingly had no idea what to do. When she asked her manager for help, he gave her no guidance. He was too busy manning one station, and failed to supervise the rest. Lots of people were waiting when I’m sure their pizzas including mine were sitting on a rack getting cold.
When I finally got it, I got the hell out because I had prepaid and it was much later than I wanted to get the pizza home to my family. Yes, when I got home, it was luke warm and wrong.
These people forget that we are paying our hard earned money for a product. It’s time to go elsewhere.

We always order extra sauce. The past three times we have ordered from this specific Domino’s, we have gotten so little sauce that you can barely resolve a layer of red between the cheese and the pizza crust. It was legitimately dry and hard to eat.
We used to order for delivery, but they consistently arrived so late that we weren’t hungry anymore, so we have been ordering for pickup the last several times. I’m talking like an hour and a half to 2 hours. We live 10 minutes away at most. We were fairly regular customers but after all this, I feel like it’s just a waste of money.
We’re probably never ordering here again, but if we do, I’ll at least take pictures and show y’all what I mean. My roommate, who has worked for Domino’s in the past, says this is indicative of a problem with management and cutting corners. That’s a damn shame… Pizza ain’t rare. This kinda stuff will just lose customers.

I love this Domino’s. I can use their iPhone app to order when I go to town for shopping, then pick up the perfectly prepared order on my way home. The 4 days/​week special priced 3-​topping large hand-​tossed pizza is awesome, and their tasty gluten free crust personal pizza is my standard order.

Great delivery time and the food was awesome! I tried the Philly cheese steak sub and it was great! I will definitely order it again.

I want to give this Dominos 5 stars because the pizza is always hot when it arrives and the delivery guy is always extremely friendly. However, the management is down right awful. Last time I went to Domino’s the employees told me to go through the drive thru. When I proceeded the car in front of me waited literally 5 minutes to get their pizza. Why were they not told to be pulled up I’ll never know. All I do know is that my pizza was cold by the time I received it. This is just one instance of incompetence of three that have happened in the past year. Other then that, the pizza is *usually* made the way we like it so i’ll give william j dominos 3 stars.

I’ve always had a great experience at this Dominos. They are my «go to» pizza place. Never had an order be wrong or too late. Great staff!

The pizzas were delivered hot, made to order and tasted good.
Online ordering from the ap was very easy.
Last 3 orders were missing the ordered dipping sauce — I left a feedback message so we’ll see if there is any improvement.
Delivery person was prompt, very friendly and fast.

The worst
Most unprofessional personnel.
I had to just cancel my order and pray I get refunded after my order was not processed and no one called me to inform me …

they were very fast, the pizza was really good, & they sent a very cute employee named Jarett ;)

Absolutely horrible service. Gloria, is absolutely horrible, no manners, seems like she was just picked up off the streets from the hood and has no hospitality. God knows how she got a job here but she is embarrasingly pathetic.
