Bryn Mawr Flower Shop

It’s hard to find a good flower shop, but it looks like BMFS will be the go-​to for me from now on. I picked up a small arrangement today that I ordered when the shop opened. I like that the shop allows you to pick up your order. It was wrapped up perfectly for safe travel home. When I unwrapped it, it was gorgeous, even better looking than i expected. I am not a flower guy, so if I think the arrangement is gorgeous, you know it must be well done.
For those occasions when I need flowers in the future, I know where I’m going from now on. All that low quality stuff from supermarkets and whatnot just can’t compare. They even have parking in the back. Don’t bother with anywhere else (especially not those weird shops without an actual location), just go here, trust me. The pre-​made arrangements in the store looked gorgeous as well.

Kim over at the flower shop is fantastic and takes pride in every arrangement. A minor hiccup was handled very professionally by Kim with a hand written apology. I would not hesitate to use them again.

I stopped in here for a quick bouquet one day. I was short on time, so I asked if they had anything ready-​made. They did not, but they said they would throw something together for me if I could tell them roughly what I want. I told them, they rang me up, and then they gave me some flowers. This was not quite how I like to do things, but the flowers were really quite pretty, and they lasted much longer than expected. I’d buy from them again.

I used the Bryn Mawr Flower Shop to send some flowers the other day and boy were they awesome. I’m surprised that I haven’t previously heard of this shop. I usually use 1800 flowers but these florists proved that quality matters more than anything else. My recipient was so happy that she said that they were the best she had ever received. Huge score! No negatives but then again I have only had one experience with these florists. I plan to use them again and so will update as I do!

I have been using the Bryn Mawr Flower Shop to send flowers to my mother and friends who live in the Bryn Mawr area. I don’t live in the area and I have found it so helpful to use this shop because I have been able to call in with my credit card and order flowers. I only learned about their website in the past year and I have used that as well but I actually like to call them and get their advice. Delivery has always been timely and their bouquets have always gotten raves from the recipients. I have been in their shop as well and bought beautiful wreaths at Christmas time. Our family used them for 2 memorial services and they helped us select the floral arrangements. I can only say good things about them.

Such terrible customer service. Rude people employed by rude people is what it seemed like to me. Owner has a real nasty streak. Low quality products.

To be completely honest, I don’t know much about florists in this area and searched Google so I could place an order. I randomly chose another florist and absolutely regret it. This florist was in turn my second choice but I would say the best choice. After placing an order with the other florist I was charged for the product but it was never delivered and they claimed the order was never placed (still trying to get my money back!).
Anyway, back to Bryn Mawr Flower Shop — I placed the order online through their site and called a bit later to confirm. The order was for same day delivery and it was already about 12P when I called. The gentleman I spoke with was responsive, knowledgeable, and said he would make sure the order was delivered today. He even apologized for not having the exact same flowers for the bouquet I ordered — and if you’ve ever ordered flowers online before, they warn your that substitutions will be made if necessary — so he really didn’t even need to apologize but he did.
Overall, a great shop with good customer service and a great product.
