Rude manager, food was crap. Made to feel like we were putting her out for ordering no onions on a burger. Customer service just sucks these days. Won’t be going to Carl’s ever again.

Ate here plenty of times, and always appears clean, however, my daughter and I were in the restroom washing our hands when a female worker, in uniform, comes out of the stall and walks right by us, out the door and into the grill area without washing her hands. That killed it for us. We will never eat here again.

Freaking strip they gave me are literally 4 inches in length… r u freaking kidding me

Stopped because it was late and we needed coffee. I ordered a milkshake and it was only hall full, and l
Looked like it was quite old. When I asked for my money back, the guy was pretty surely.
Usually service at these fast food places is decent, but not this one.

I’m not a huge fan of Carl’s Jr., but it was late and we were hungry after having been at a wedding. We went through the drive-​thru. It took quite a while to get our grub.
My food was meh (overcooked and soggy). There were some interesting characters at the drive-​thru though.
I think this Carl’s in Buellton doesn’t have to try because they’re one of the only fast food places in town so business will come their way regardless.

Soooo… I’m driving home LATE after my daughter’s birthday and stop in Buelton to get gas. I run into the gas station after pumping my gas to use the restroom and the gal smiles and mouths we are closed. Meaning I can give them my money at the pump but no where near by is open for me to grab a cup of coffee or go to the bathroom! I am still way over an hour from home and I am thinking great.
No fast food places are open. Even Taco Bell and Jack In the Box are dark and closed. UGH!!! Then I see it!!! Carl’s Junior seems to be lit up. ARGGHH!!! I drive up to the sign and it is dark… Oh well… BUT NO… I hear «Can I help you?» So I order and drive up to the window… pay for my order and ask «Do you know of any places open around here that has a restroom?» He says… drive around to the front and I will let you in!!! Oh my gosh!!! I had to Unilocal this restaurant!
The restrooms were super clean cuzzz they had just cleaned them… but I left them just the way I found it and wanted to Unilocal this one for the excellent customer service. In this day and age of lazy fast food employees, I was impressed with this one! He seemed to be the lone guy there and he knew there was nothing around for miles! He could have just directed me somewhere else and I wouldn’t have expected him to unlock his doors. As far as I am concerned, he deserves 5 stars for going above and beyond what he had to! This was Monday night past midnight or… Tuesday morning!!! Thank you Carl’s Junior Guy!!! YOU are the BEST!

Carl’s Jr are everywhere in California, so they are easy to find. This one had great service and the food was extremely fast. My major complaint, it was kinda of dirty. The tables were all dirty and needed a mop taken to it. If you need a pit stop off of highway 101 north, this place works. I would suggest take out!
