Very inexpensive. The bartender gave me a great drink after I told her the flavors I liked.

First time we made it in since seeing«Sideways» years ago. Stayed at windmill but never again. Anyway, we brought three other couples with us and had a great time in Friday and Saturday night. Unfortunately one of our drunk friends got mouthy and stupid embarrassing to both bartenders who were super cool. Special shout out to Chad who had to endure our drunk peeps. Chad, all apologies man! You took the high road and we will not forget it. We will be back. Thanks again Chad.

Was there for NYE& had a great time. The staff was awesome & attentive. There was a lively atmosphere with lots of friendly regulars. Also, it’s the bar from Sideways, so I’ve been wanting to check it out & happy I went~ it was fun! ;)

This is a little local dive bar and one of the only places open late in the area. I didn’t have the best experience when it came to service and I was harassed by some guy in there, so I can’t really recommend it. But, if you’re willing to wait awhile for a drink and you bring a mace… you should survive the evening. The music selection is ok, they have a little dance floor area and pool tables, so if you have a little group it could be fun. Prices are pretty reasonable and it’s one of the only places open late.

Came in for a Friday and it was a blast there were all different types of people and music playing. It was all around a good time! The bartender Jenica was sooo sweet and made killer drinks. I felt so bad for her when this woman was demanding special treatment and to take her drinks outside which is illegal in santa Barbara county. Poor thing! I’m glad she stood her ground. Definitely will be back to stay at Days inn to see her!

This is a dive bar with pool tables and dart boards. Nothing special about this place! Careful with the bartenders they tend to be very moody! Especially the older man Vince!

Cool little sports bar with lots of pool tables. The people are super friendly too. It’s definitely a locals joint. Janika is one of the bartenders there and she’s super attentive and a great mixologist. I’ll be back!

A typical 1am experience — 10 – 15 people in small groups — with a few drunks at the bar using coasters as frisbies. I imagine the crowd varies a lot… pool tables and game machines — a good old school bar, no frills. Bar tender was good, and didn’t tolerate a group who previously caused drug related trouble in the place. Service was simple and fine.(didn’t do any food) $ 6 black label on the rocks, and quite a generous pour. Need I say more?

Decent pool tables, good people and great drinks. The clubhouse may not be the fanciest or coolest, but it’s hometown feel and kind bartenders(Misty) make it the spot to be in Buellton, CA. If you’re on a long drive on the 101 get a hotel room the Days Inn and grab a drink at the Clubhouse. Weekly pool tournaments, smoking patio, darts, pinball. What more could you ask for? Ignore the above review by D.B. They are not reviewing the correct bar. Cal Poly is in a different county. There is no food service at the Clubhouse, nor bottomless mimosas. Thank you!

I was hoping for more… I guess familiar faces? That’s my favorite part about frequenting bars in my hometown… that feeling of experiencing a high school reunion with out actually well, experiencing one. But I can’t really take off stars for the fact that I didn’t have any exciting if totally uncomfortable run-ins with faces from my past last Saturday night so to be fair, here goes: +/-Thumbs up for a jukebox, thumbs down for expensive internet tunes… they only have one or two songs from each artist which I find a little annoying… no op’s to play that one random song which you love but no one ever plays… — Pricier drinks than you’d think one would find in. BUELLTON. $ 7 for a vodka soda. i can get them for $ 4 at my favorite dive in SF, so $ 7 seems a bit high… — A little bright for a bar. just sayin’. — Not my fave crowd. I realize it’s Buellton but after the fourth question about my tattoos it got a little… ehh. It’s hard to live up to the Mav. and unfortunately the Clubhouse just didn’t make the cut, for me… Sideways fame aside.

Atrocious service, bad food. This place advertises a «bottomless mimosa» brunch that attracts a large contingent of Cal Poly students. It seems that once drunk enough, no one cares that gaps between the appearance of waitstaff extend for 20 minutes or longer, that reasonable requests(e.g. coffee refills) are completely ignored, or that once food finally arrives, it is completely cold. If you’re not in the drinking crowd, there’s just no reason to go.

The good ol’ Clubhouse. Aaah, too many nights spent there… for locals, this is a great place to stop in for a drink or two or three… after a long day’s work during the week. Flat screen TV will have the latest sports game on, the weekday bartenders are fairly friendly(don’t cross them though!) and drinks are priced just right and poured stiff. Weekends get a little crowded and do seem to draw more tourists staying in town as it’s the only full bar that stays open until 1:30am. Vince, the bartender, switches it up a lot. One night, cheerful, the next he can be a grouch. A little hard of hearing, but always pours a good drink. All in all, one of my favorite places to hang out with my buddies. Good music to choose from, comfy seating, and if I’m lucky — good ol’ round of cut-throat on the pool tables.

Good times. As seen as the bar in the movie Sideways and on the grounds of the Days Inn — Buellton, the Clubhouse is a good bar. The drinks are cheap, relative to LA. However, I have no idea if that’s expensive or not in comparison to the area because I’m not a local. However, judging from the look of the patrons, they cater to the B/C class. There is a jukebox for music and foosball/pool for entertainment. — stars given on category, not food
