Friendly staff but don’t like how they are sometimes too busy fooling around to pay attention to the customers or are cussing at each other and I’ve seen most of the young ones on their phones or playing music on their phones while working unprofessional.

This is by far the best customer service EVER given at fast food place!!! Our order was perfect and ready in less than 2 minutes. They made our coffee while we waited for the food and even offered to bring the coffee pot to our table for a refill. Thank you all!

Husband and I stopped here on our way home and got a quick bite to eat. Service was fast and accurate and their restrooms were clean and stocked. Employees were friendly. Nothing stands out, but we enjoyed our visit, food and the pit-​stop!

Family wanted to go gamble at Chumash after walking around Solvang but my little cousin couldn’t go inside so we decided to stop by McDonald’s to kill some time. Liked the fact that there was free wifi. Other than that, service sucked. Workers looked miserable and the service was so slow. It’s not even packed! Micky D’s back in LA are always so swamped yet they manage to bring out warm food. Weird…

Typical of any macdonald chain. The drive easy down toward the parking is kind of thin when you need to pull our. Service is kind of slow.
The diet dr pepper was not like other places where I had jt. The bathroom was decent.

I give it five stars, for being a great McDonald’s…not like its a five star place… but the people were friendly, the food was fast and good!!! We enjoyed it because it was not freezing in there, like so many other places. They have a great play place too!

One evening after dinner we walked over from the Marriott Hotel next door for a vanilla ice cream cone and a caramel sundae. We were grateful for the quick service, but the front staff left a lot to be desired.
The self-​serve drink and seating area seemed a little dirty and dingy to me. Thankfully we had the option to take the desserts back to our hotel room just next door. Not an impressive McDonald’s to me.

The tables were filthy. It not that hard to take a rag and wipe down the tables. The place was not busy, so the workers had plenty of time. Also the bathrooms were dirty.

It’s amazing how no one wants to help even if you speak… Their language … At 11:15 at night and have to wait 15min with no one in line… How dare theY!!! My friend who speaks fluent Spanish was treated with complete disrespect by the female (who looks like a dude). Redropped hard fries and no sauce with our chicken nuggets. Such an embarrassment for a great establishment to service loyal customers with such disrespect. This place is a full embarrassment to the McDonald’s Corporation!!! Please recheck your order !!

Was hungry, and needed something fast. One of those rare times, when it was just my wife and I and we stopped at a McDonalds. It was late, and we believed there would not be too much places open in Solvang at that time of night.
Pretty much, everyone knows what McDonalds is all about. I have no complaints. Service is fast and food is decent.

The tempting salting smell of the french fries linger though the streets of Santa Monica and Beverly Glen. fortunately, I have leanred to fight through such tempatation. for the most part. :)
Two stars are knocked out because (1) its too damn close to my apartment, and thus tempts me a good deal. And (2) its pretty packed at all times of the day, so get ready for a long Drive Through line.

The staff here is super friendly. We ordered 1 sausage egg mcmuffin combo, and 1 sausage egg mcmuffin and hashbrown.
Luckily, the cashier was a smart fellow, who said that the best deal would be to order the #10 combo (2 sausage egg mcmuffins), and an extra hashbrown. I appreciate that he was familiar enough with the menu to know what the best deal was! Thanks man!
Unfortunately, the sausage egg mcmuffins were really gross, esp. the sausage. Hashbrown was okay. I would recommend sticking to vegetarian options, like the fruit and nut oatmeal, or hashbrown only.

Dude… it’s an ordinary freaking McDonalds. And not even the cool ones in Times Square deserve a 3 paragraph review. Some people just love the sound of their own voices…

Driving up the 101 from OC to SF with Dad, it was 1pm and we were FAMISHED. Apparently, Santa Barbara is a pro at disguising all possible fast food options from the highway. So we drove, and drove, and drove until the next city appeared. Buellton.
This partic location is unique in that their lot is far enough removed from the main road. it’s it its own valley, if you will. You must drive down one hill to reach it, and uphill to depart. Big ol’ parking lot is nice.
Everything else is standard fare, but we are pleased at the lack of crowds and plentiful of tables. $ 1 hot fudge sundae anyone?
