I’ve had the pleasure of eating Vanessa’s delicious food on several occasions and each time it has been spectacular! She makes a variety of dishes, all have been really world class. A great chef.

I’ve heard a lot of buzz about Vanessa and her culinary delights! I finally had the privilege of trying her food at a party and my taste buds were tickled. I loved every single thing on my plate and I can’t wait to visit her next pop up! Not only is her food amazing, she is sweet as can be and clearly passionate about food. Highly recommend visiting her pop ups or hiring her for your catering needs!

I ate at Vanessa’s popup twice at Fig Mtn Brew in Buellton. Both times it was amazing. Every ingredient was so fresh and delicious. Everything was cooked to perfection. There were few options to choose from, but I got one of everything and loved every bite. The pork loin and ham cubano sandwich had me coming back for seconds, the potato salad was possibly the best I’ve ever had, and the pineapple carrot cupcake was a perfectly sweet ending to a perfect meal. I can’t wait to taste what she cooks up next.
