Owner of this business (who is also the main point of contact) is rude, ungentlemanly, and treats his clients like garbage. He refused to return to our location to fix a small error and told us in a short, unpunctuated, and cold email to «call an electrician».
DO NOT USE THIS SERVICE.

Steve, the repairman and the owners son, was very nice and polite. They installed my garage door many years ago and «so far, so good»…No extra charge for additional repairs… Seems pricey, but I checked with others, and comparable…

The owner is very rude, he rips people off charging them over price for something that’s half the cost. They only have one installer who is really nice and professional in every way, but the rest are not professional even with their appearance and how they communicate. They all look like they are on something. I would encourage you to look elsewhere to get your doors done!

The installers are great, very knowledgeable. The owner — who is in charge of customer service — not professional. I wish I had used Precision Door instead. Essentially, the invoice was $ 100.00 less than the quote. We paid the invoice in full, however, the owner of the company got upset, said unprofessional things to my husband and created a firestorm over a simple mistake (their mistake). Never again will I use or recommend Doug’s Doors. The only reason they get two stars is because their installers were knowledgeable and easy to work with.

only recently we’ve been experiencing problems with our door. we searched online and found douglas door repair co. in the yellow pages. the guys came in and took a look. right away travis knew what the problem was, it was a hydrolic issue. the hydrolic fluid was leaking, and so they fixed it right on the spot. they provided great service for our door repair needs. thanks guys! you win the door prize.
caution: stand clear when douglas door repair co. is in motion.
