Been here 2 times. First time the manager gave me someone elses order and i wasnt mad because i understand we all make small mistakes i gave it back and she told me to just keep it lol i just took it because it was similar to my order except with a free apple pie. Second trip here was okay, except my food was done literally 10 seconds after i paid lol i wish they would play it off and act like they took a little time to make the food haha or microwave or however they make it

Quite possibly the best McDonalds that I have visited. Fast service, perfectly seasoned and fresh cheesy burgers… flavorful Diet Dr. Pepper on fountain, what more could a girl ask for?

Second time going to this location. Both times were rather disappointing. First time they could not get my order straight I must’ve repeated my order five times. Second time I pull up and we waited forever only to find out they don’t have dollar drinks. This is the only McDonald’s it doesn’t offer one dollar drinks. Too many other better choices

Cold fries, cups nearly filled with ice, a bone in a nugget, and sauces possibly past their expiration.
Suffice to say we won’t be dining here again.

Some nasty lady, who clearly the only one not wearing gloves, made my food. The manager was rude as soon as we came in. Let’s be honest, I wasn’t expecting a lot from mcdonalds, but basic sanitary measures or courtesy (EITHER OR) I didn’t think was hard. I didn’t even eat my food.

Worst service my meal was served incomplete some of the personnel there are very rude it takes forever to get service in the drive thru! I won’t recommend coming in here avoid this place you won’t enjoy your food

Everyone who is into Minions will be hunting for Minions Toys, and here is my super disappointing experience with the night manager Chris L, and of course, I didn’t get any of them because I was so upset. After tonight, I believe the night management is a joke at this location.
Around 8pm, I walked into the restaurant, and no one greeted me, even though a few staffs were walking by behind the counter. After the only cashier is done fixing the tray for another customer, she greeted me. I asked for the availability of the Minions, she turned around & asked Chris (the so-​called Manager). She probably has no knowledge of that. How can that be? You don’t know what you are selling?
I started asking Chris which one (s), and he said he has EVERYTHING, and pointed me to go back to the door display to look instead of sincerely showing me what he has. I was quite shocked that he made the customer to walk, instead of showing me right there as it was not busy. I guess he was too busy chatting with his visitor about gym visit. At the display, there are no numbers, so I wouldn’t know which one is which. Also, he said he can only sell me 6, coz. he has to save for other customers. I think that’s legit.
When he took out 6, I asked politely if he can give me 3 more because I was buying for another friend. He said Yes and took 3 more out. I told him to hold for me for a bit so I could call my friend to confirm the numbers needed, he then took all the toys out of the counter RIGHT AWAY with a DISGRUNTLED face as if I would steal all toys.(Hello! I am standing right there with your surveillance camera on!!)
When I was still trying to call my friend, he came back to me and said he could only sell me 3, because that’s the corporate policy and other BS. blah blah blah! Then I said, if that’s the corporate policy, you should know it clearly as a manager, and should tell me right away when I asked. Your version of corporate policy kept changing, from 6 to 9 and from 9 to 3… etc and he even gave me his full name and store#…BUT NO APOLOGIZING AT ALL!!!
Since the Manager doesn’t know customer service, corporate policy and how to treat a customer correctly, I have no idea if I should trust this location and the staff, based on this experience!!! That makes me wonder if their food is consistent as the management is a joke and doesn’t keep their words. If they don’t care about their customers, how can they deliver good food and service? I seriously don’t think I will come back to this location and will advise my friends/​family to stay away from this location. If you want better service, I would recommend you to go somewhere else.

It’s 930 am and no Iced coffee. Won’t came back here again. Very disappointed in McDonald’s management. How do u run out of Iced coffee?

The most annoying thing is to order your food after the speaker queen ask“what can I get for you”, and then say to you” can you repay your order? «and she still gets it all wrong. The the worst customer service I have ever encountered at any McDonald’s.

False advertising says open 24hours dine-​in but it is not. Drive thru wait time is over 10mins won’t return

I just bought some french fries which is piping hot and fresh. But not one napkin for all that grease to eat it in the car. Did paper just double in price or what?

You need to check out your order in the drive thru. Slow Sunday afternoon and even though I asked is everything in the bags… No they were not

I like this place. Food is fast, my fries are always fresh when I get it here. Un like the other location on beach blvd. I never go there anymore. They gave me 9 nuggets. 9. When I asked for a 10 piece. Anyway this place is near my house so my cravings get satisfied easy.

And another big mac & quarter pounder down my gullet. I know Paul’s is right next door, which is strange to put a burger spot right next to a burger spot but I am sure it has hurt neither one of their business.
This is cool for a late night snack & they got my order right.

My brother and I were looking for a McDonalds to eat a good quick, decent and small breakfast in the morning, so I turned to Unilocal.There were a total of three McDonalds near our hotel and this is the one that received the best reviews from the three. The place on the outside looked nice and safe. I could say the same for the inside. The young girl running the register is nice and welcoming when she took our order. The seating area looked clean. Once we got our food, it tasted good and as expected. I couldn’t help to notice a few of the people around us are military retirees. I could tell since their hats gave it away. I wish they had a TV for some light entertainment. Other than that, this McDonalds definitely deserves a good rating.

Breakfast only review:
We hit the drive thru here for breakfast about once a month. It’s usually quick, the staff are friendly and the food is always good. Very satisfied with this location. But, I’ve never been inside.

yep, folks, you are reviewing this correctly. I just gave a 5 star rating to a McDonald’s, particularly, to THIS location here on Knott Blvd.?! Usually, I would say with all of the traffic this place gets that it’s usually a 3 star, or average, experience.
today’s top notch rating is for John, working the drive thru window, at this very moment. wanting a quick cheap cup of coffee, I usually brake for a McD’s latté when not in a mood for fancy coffee at Starbucks. I pulled up to the menu where a small line was already starting to form. I was quickly able to place my order for a large coffee. I was told thank you, and the price was indicated at $ 1.93. to my surprise, within two minutes of placing my order, I pulled up to the window to pay, only for John to further explain that today — April 15 my coffee would only be .63! WHAT?! THANK YOU MCD’s! I ALWAYS LOVE A DEAL! and this one, for coffee, is a steal!
John explains that McD’s has decided to run a promotion for their coffee particularly in hopes of pulling more breakfast customers. therefore, they are giving FREE SMALL COFFEES with all breakfast orders, further reducing the price for a medium or large, temporarily. John even took the time to ask me for 12 pennies so that he may save having to give me so much loose change back (upon his receiving my usual payment). this gentlemen seems to be a new face to me, who is a regular here, & he proves to be fabulous in customer service and knowledgeable about his menu promotions… as it is, he saved me a buck, when I least expected it! Who doesn’t want to continue frequenting an establishment with friendly prompt service such as this?!

This might be one of the better McDonalds facilities that I’ve been to. The place is modernized and very clean. Everything looks neat inside. The cashier and manager both assisted my parents and I. They were fast, efficient, and nice. We got the breakfast platter and a parfait.

This McDonald’s drive thru location is solid and reliable. They are fast and efficient — and they have never made a mistake on my order. Since my first job was McDonald’s, I have pretty high expectations and this one is A-​Ok in my book.
