Worst cleaners ever! Not only is the lady rude but they are a rip off! Just because I had a semi expensive bag, she wanted to change me 40 $ to clean it! On top of that I had a jersey cleaned and they didn’t even get the dirt off. do these people even clean the cloths? Or just iron them? Smh never will use them again.

I love this place, have been coming here for 2 years. Love the customer service and does great work on the hemming and tailoring.

I’ve been using N&H for over 4 years now, mainly just dry cleaning from clothes to curtains. They even cleaned my wedding dress and boxed it up for me. Never had any issues with my cleanings, and they even fixed a hole and missing button(once) without me asking. I recently did several alterations there: blouses cost $ 10 each, dresses cost $ 15 and coats cost $ 15. When preparing for the alteration, I guess I didn’t explain it clearly enough as we went back and forth for awhile, so make sure to explain if it’s too long or too wide! Overall, happy with their service. Hours; Mon-Fri 7;30am — 6pm Sat 9am — 4pm Sunday closed

Even though I have to drive out here I will gladly come here for my dry cleaning and alteration needs. They give fantastic prices and they do a great job. The workers here are very nice too.

Unless you want your clothes RUINED– do not bring them here. I just started bringing my clothes here since it is close to my new job. I was attracted by the other Unilocal review about the low cost but I should have listened to Christine’s review. I brought my favorite dress in to be dry cleaned and was distraught to see it in ruin this morning. They completely destroyed it(the colors bled and spots were everywhere). The woman took no responsibility for the mistake and said it must have been an error on the tag for how to clean the dress. I told her I had it dry cleaned at another place with no problem but she still did not take responsibility. She said that it wasn’t their fault and didn’t want to even try to make the situation right. The funny thing is if she had simply apologized and gave me some free dry cleaning I probably would have stayed loyal. The fact that they tried to blame everyone else for their mistake was just awful. Do not come here– they do not appreciate your business and they will ruin your clothing. It’s simply not worth the $ 2/garment price.

$ 2.00/garment. REALLY!!! This cleaners is close to my office and next to my favorite fast Thai food place. It seriously looks like a hole in the wall but don’t be deceived. Service: Friendly! The lady normally there is Ha. Ha greets everyone with a smile and just gets it done! Most drop offs come with a two day turnaround. Prices: $ 2/garment for dry cleaning. Maybe a bit more if you have something really delicate but they haven’t charged me more than that yet. Pants are about $ 8/pair. Quality: Very good. I like a perfectly crisp crease in my slacks. This place does a very good job. While not as crisp as my last cleaners, still good considering it’s $ 2!!! I brought in a white silk blouse with a brown stain and they got it right out. My many pairs of pants that needed hemming have come out perfect every time. Please don’t be fooled by the not-so-glamorous store front. It’s a good thing to support small businesses in your community-especially when the value and quality is there.

DONOTTAKEYOURCLOTHESHERE! I was once a loyal customer and one day they ruined one of my favorite dresses and refused to offer me any type of compensation. The owner lied to me and said she would take care of me because I was her customer but never even apologized and was terribly rude about the entire ordeal. Terrible customer service…

This was my neighborhood dry cleaner and tailor while living in the OC. Prices are very reasonable(most are $ 1.50 per piece!) and they’re always so helpful when quick turn arounds are needed. While you’re there, stop by next door at Micasa and get some yummy baked goods.
