Pizza Hut

I live so close Pizza Hut is my preferred pizza spot in my area for sure. I went there today I called placed an order and when I got there to pay I was told they made the wrong pizza so it would be an extra 6min wait but that I could have that extra pizza free of charge. Awesome I was very happy with the customer service they were nice to do that! Now why am I giving them 4stars? Well the only thing I can complain about is the parking SUCKS! It’s way to small there and every time I go (since I always pre order I just run down to pick it up) the delivery drivers park right by the entrance. This sucks since there is parking in the back but I personally don’t like to park back there it feels sketch lol. So anyways I would probably address that if I was part of their management team. So yea if it wasn’t for that I would have given them 5 stars.

First off the food was late and cold. Second, I accidently ordered bone out wings online when I wanted traditional style. I called them and explained that I messed up on my first online order and if I could drive the untouched wings down for an even trade. They said NO and that I could drive down and pay for more wings. USELESS! They push for online orders and then they turn there back on you when you try it out. Come on, your losing a customer over some damn wings! Get smart managers if you want the business to thrive.

Whenever we have family gatherings. We get pizza. Sometimes delivery. But it’s bad cuz they always mess up our order. Then have to go back. Spend another 40 mins to get cold food. I don’t know y they they don’t get more delivery guys as the food is cold n wrong. It gets annoying.

Ordered pizza at approximately 7:06pm.
The pizza was delivered at approximately 7:44pm or so. We noticed they forgot the Pepsi and brownies I ordered, so I called back literally less than 3 minutes after the delivery person left. The person I spoke to was very apologetic and told me they would deliver the rest of the items purchased as soon as possible.
I figured they would text or call the driver and he would turn right back around. Wrong!
We had our dinner, and approximately an hour later, at almost 9pm, the driver shows up with the rest of hour order. I expected to get a discount on our next order, or something to that effect. Nope.
This is an excellent indicator of how much importance this establishment places on it’s customers.
Instead of rushing to get the rest of my order to me, to make sure I was satisfied with my purchase, they treated it like it was an additional order. And, It took even longer than my first order.
Fortunately for me, I don’t like Pizza Hut pizza to begin with. The only reason I order it is its’ my oldest daughter’s favorite. Everyone else in our family prefers Papa John’s or Dominos. But this gives me a good enough reason to never order from here again.
And now both Papa Johns and Dominos gives you a free pizza after accumulating enough points. So not only does their pizza taste better, it makes more sense from a financial standpoint.

I live a couple blocks down. Sucks they can’t deliver to men however they were very polite & helpful. Carry out in 15mins. I live about 5 away. Big Dinner box w/​pepperoni & sausage & chicken Alfredo pasta w/​an extra pasta & breadsticks about $ 35 a lot more than half off of what I was going to pay from another pizza place! You can never go wrong w/​Pizza Hut.

They do not honor some deals advertised on TV which is a total bummer. The food is typical Pizza hut food but I honestly feel like it as gone downhill. Remember it being much better as a child unfortunately.

If I could give no stars I would. Worst Pizza Hut ever. While trying to make an order over the phone with employee Melissa, she a rudely hung up on me when I asked her to repeat my order because she said it wrong the first time. When I asked for her name to report her behavior to the manager, she was non compliant. I called back and she ended up giving me her name. When I asked to speak to the manager Karina, coincidentally she was on her break all of a sudden. I literally gave up and call the customer service number to corporate. When I spoke to corporate customer service they were mortified when I told them what happen. They also informed me this was a franchise store. If the owner ends up reading this, your store is going downhill with the type of employees your are hiring. I will never use this Pizza Hut again. 0 stars !

I don’t have a problem with the delivery service but the quality of the pizza is lower than other locations! Not sure why but I can’t eat their food without getting sick to my stomach!

Been coming here for years, but they recently got my order wrong. I didn’t notice it until I got home, but was too lazy to go back. Isn’t it that if the order is wrong, the pizza is free? Who knows. Anyways, you guys need to bring the Pzone back. It’s next to a shady donut place filled with bums. One asked for a slice of pizza once, felt awkward. Overall, good work Pizza Hut! Just please get my order right next time.

I was on there yesterday for getting my order. I asked to the cashier’s that I want to get hot sauce. but even they have it, He said ‘NO’ ! He was tall and got gold hair. also was wearing a blue short shirt. I was visited there between 8:00pm-9:00pm. I felt so freaking bad.

This place need to get itself together.
Talk about crappie service with the pizza maker and delivery driver. They’re straight up lazy!

After waiting a bit I got a phone call saying I gave her the wrong address and I told her it was the correct one and she was in the right complex. She then had abruptly hung up on me leaving me in confusion as to whether or not I was supposed to wait for her. After 5 minutes and not seeing her I called her 3x before she even answered the phone! She then said she’ll come back to my apt. I was annoyed since I told her I will wait for her outside to flag her down when I see her. When she got here we gave her additional tip and let her be on her way not wanting to listen to her crappie reason as to her thinking I was there to jump her for my pizza. Seriously. She said she left because she was afraid of getting robbed…
Opened out box of pizza and WTF. The thin crust was a mess, it was no longer a pizza pie, the dam thing was lukewarm and toppings were put on with like Bo effort. Which also concerns me because of the way it was presented. I wondered if they ate it and when I called they half ass attempted to make the pie look normal.
Pizzas tasted terrible, you’re better off calling in and picking up at the pizza place next to Superior super market.
Won’t ever come back, call to order.

I rate them 0 stars. Don’t waste your time here food is really nasty. We are from out of town ordered food to our room. They don’t even have plates or napkins. I asked to bring plates they said they don’t give plates. I ordered a large order of wing they are so stingy they don’t give ranch. I called and complain the manager Selenia she said she would gives us 20 buck discount. I decided to give them a chance and called to order dinner they said she didn’t leave nothing saying about the discount. So I asked to speak to the manager the guys said mark the store manager was there. He puts me on hold to call him then he comes back on the phone and says that his on lunch. Don’t spend your money there very rude.

Wish I could give zero stars for this one. I called and asked for delivery. The guy on the phone was so ridiculously dumb and sounded like a stoner, kept asking me to repeat myself. Most frustrating call I’ve ever had to make. Then to top it all off, after he asked me all this information and I ordered the pizza, he says «ohhhh… sorry we don’t deliver there…» WOW thanks for wasting 10 minutes of my life.

If I could give zero stars I would. Simply because of the response from the manager at this location. Ordered food online because I did not want to call, and I have ordered plenty of times before. Apparently they decided to call to confirm although it did not say anywhere that they would and they never had before. I did not have my phone at the moment. So later I was wondering where my pizza was and called with my online confirmation order. They decided to cancel the order. The manager on the phone stated she did not care if she lost customers because she just works there. THE MANAGER. Can’t wait to get a hold of the owner and tell them about that one. This was after being put on a long hold by another employee and having to hang up and call back.
Looking at the reviews this shouldn’t be that surprising.

Most horrible service ever. They just hung up on me after keeping me on hold for a long time. I have hungry people wanting pizza. The guy who worked sat oct 18 10:45 am gave me so much attitude. Will never order from here

There’s not much to say. Pizza Hut locations are usually very small and hidden. I like that you have all kinds of options to either order online or via telephone. It can be a bit confusing however. When I went to pick up my pizza, there was a scary looking bug crawling towards me. After a couple minutes of waiting, I was attended by a gentleman. I ordered cheese stuffed crust pizza with bacon. It was delicious! I paid about $ 26 for two large pizzas.

Came to this place to order pizza for my office staff. The lady at the front was very helpful with my order. I waited for my order. She quoted me 15min for my food. It took a little longer then she quoted, but for as much as I ordered it wasn’t too bad
Pros. They were friendly and helpful
Cons. No cups, plates and I could hear them talking about there personal life. Some things I did not want to hear.
All in all it was a great experience would have gave them 5 stars but I was drinking out of a sauce mini cup.

Horrible!!! I did an online order and it took over an hour, I ordered one pizza, and a 2 liter, I called to see where the driver was and the women on the phone told me he’s 5 mins away. I waited 10 more mins then he shows up with a cold pizza and no soda haha wow I sent him back:(I will never order from here even if it’s across the street!

Shit shit shit!!! This is literally the worst fucking pizza Hut I’ve ever ordered from. Placed a order online and took two hours to get here. I refused the pizza by the time it got here of course and I live literally 6 minutes away from there too. Wanted to talk to the manager and was put on hold for 20 minutes so I hung up. Shitty service all around.

Since the 1^st time Pizza Hut offered the $ 10 deal (any size, any toppings), I wasn’t too impressed because it seemed like they weren’t promising what was advertised in terms of the «any toppings».
But now the $ 10 deal is back and I can see they improved on that because the toppings are fresh and I get the majority of the toppings I want on the pizza — close to 10 toppings and they don’t put a little either.
If you reach a certain limit then the website (when ordering online) won’t allow you to proceed to the next step due to the pizza not being able to cook thoroughly.
The pan pizza is crispier than other independently owned places. Sometimes the crust can feel as if you’re eating under cooked dough instead of bread. And the mushrooms are thinly sliced. At Pizza Hut, the mushrooms are juicer and taste better.
On most carry out orders, the employees are friendly, and the manager is on top of things with the customer service (she once called me directly when they ran out of tomatoes). I appreciated the heads up on that.
I like how I don’t have to wait.
Walk in, tell them my name, give them my card, they show me my customized pizza (I’ve attached a couple of pictures), hand me my card back and receipt and off I go.
Good quality, good tasting pizza for a budget price. It can feed 2 – 3 people.
$ 10, tax is 0.78, total $ 10.78.
