I had a great experience at REM. Daniel was very helpful and even helped me save money and get the best quality bed as well. Even the delivery guys were very friendly and knowledgeable as well.
I ended up getting a split queen with memory foam. It is fully adjustable as well. I got a referral from a friend about this place as well as checking it on Unilocal.I’m glad I came here and made the purchase.

Excellent bed, outstanding service! We have been wanting an R.E.M. bed almost 2 years finally we have it. I had been experiencing severe shoulder and neck pain which prevents me from comfortably sleeping on my side. When you put the bed on zero gravity it immediately allows you to breathe better. We chose the Paradise w/​adjustable base. We prefer a bit more firmness. We also went with the single mattress vs split mattress as we will soon be celebrating our fourth anniversary… We also got the REM pillows, heaven (I already owned a physician recommended $ 100 pillow) these are wonderful. Delivery, Michael and Silverio are outstanding they arrived on time, very respectful and clean (I’ve had delivery guys I didn’t want to let in the house). The two gentlemen were quick and efficient Michael explained the remote, gave me tips on the bed because of my hardwood floors, they even offered to carry my queen size sleigh bed’s rails that I no longer need. The bed is an investment but, the better we take care of our bodies by getting a goodnight rest the better we enjoy our waking hours! Thanks Randy, we couldn’t be happier!

I work here at the Buena Park Mall at the customer service desk. I bought a pillow at bed bath and beyond, There serivce was really good but they didnt know much about pillows. I bought «My pillow» years ago and hated it and was allowed to get my money back.
On the other side of the mall I went into the Rem Sleep Solution store there specialist was very Knowledgable about there product. Daniel the sales manger saved me money but offering me the speical deal buy one pillow get one free. LOVED IT. Best $ 150 I ever spent. Only Place I will tell my friends and family to go! I’m Very happy with how it works! I hope this help anyone looking for the right pillow.

I can honestly say this is one of the best purchases I have ever made. I have tried and owened several high end mattresses and none can compare to the REM. I visited the store 5 times before making the purchase just to make sure and Daniel greeted me with a big smile each time, he is very knowledgeable of the products and went above and beyond to meet our needs. I have owned the bed for a few months now and have never slept better. I enjoy having the flexibility of different positions options it’s fantastic.

After hearing a rave review of Sleep Number, we decided to go there first since it’s closer to us. We tried out all of their beds from the lowest end (still not cheap though) to a very high end bed (about $ 13K). After spending over an hour there, the benefits of the air mattress just weren’t obvious to us.
Long story short, we decided to checkout REM at the Buena Park Mall and immediately knew this was the bed for us. The comfort was immediately apparent and we didn’t have to find our «number». Ironically, the other place used a thin layer of foam to improve comfort and charged thousands for the benefit.
Daniel, the REM store manager, was very helpful and patient. He’s very professional and worked hard to make sure we were happy. In my book, if your priority is making customers happy, then you will earn 5 stars from me. We also really appreciated the extras thrown in to sweeten the deal and that helped to make it a 5+ star experience and that says a lot to those who know me. I’m like a female version of Simon Cowell, very judgmental and not easy to please.
I’m a very satisfied customer and will highly recommend REM and Daniel to all my friends.

Daniel is a great sales person to work with and sold us our bed. Even after our sale, he’s helped us out with any questions or issues we’ve had. If you investigate the different memory foam beds out there, you will find this is excellent quality. Check them out!
