I use the APP when I come here either before work or on my lunch. and almost everytime I go to pick up my order IT IS NEVER READY! Pisses me off! WHY do they have the app if they cant make it on time The whole purpose of using the app is to SAVE TIME! Makes me so mad because I have to end up waiting as if I had not already placed an order. The workers are not that nice either. this place use to be good but now they have all new workers and its just not the same. If I could give ZERO stars I would.

There were flies everywhere especially by the drink station
The guy making the sandwiches barely spoke English and he made the sloppiest sandwiches ever that it was impossible to eat. Literally he broke the bread and tried to smash it back together so it would stay in tact. Shameful for such a well

Honestly worst subway ever. I have worked for many subway including the one down the street on beach and orangethrope and this is ridiculous. I went in around 9am and this tall skinny indian guy was horrible. I had to repeat myself various times, the wrapping was horrible. It looked like i got a salad with bread on the side. The cheese completely fell out the sandwhiches and he looked at me as if I didnt see. The sodas were flat. I didnt even say anything to him because it would go in one ear out the other. This subway is a joke.

Worst service I have ever received. They were only excepting cash so I had to go to the ATM after I waited in line to be told this. When I returned I had to tell both servers multiple times what kind of bread I wanted. The place was empty so there was no excuse for not listening.

Went by at 9:40pm. Open sign was on. When I got to the door lady inside ran to the light and turned it off. Sign on door says open until 10pm. Very poor service

I work in the same area and i have been going to this location since 2010. Its sad to say that because of one employee i will not go to this and instead look for other options. I just don’t understand why management still keeps an employee who is serving sandwiches all crumbled up. Not just once but every single time. At times i question myself why am i still eating here. She does seem like an alpha female who controls everything and no one can tell her she is messing up. In addition, i find it very unprofessional when they speak spanish in betwwen them thinking the clients don’t understand. I love subway and its concept but when its managed by people like these it causes the franchise to loose value and its promise. Peace out subway. Last sub im buying here

HORRIBLE service, they serve hard bread and most of the girls that work there are rude. Young girl who wears glasses is always rude and I’ve witnessed Her cuss at anther customer. Middle eastern woman that works there (possibly the manager) does NOT wear a hair net and doesn’t even put her hair up when she is making sandwiches. GROSS. I wouldn’t recommend coming here.

USE THE SUBWAY APP! That’s the only way I have ordered a sandwich from here
PROS:This shop almost always has the sandwich ready by the time the app states and they will make a point to find someone to ring you up if they are helping a customer when you arrive.
CONS: They mix up the regular mustard and the spicy mustard about 25% of the time. A couple times out of maybe 20 times they have used avocado that was not ripe. There is nothing worse than that, and they still charge you for it!

Well it’s a Subway, there is not really more to be said. I go here for my breakfast. I order the egg white and cheese sandwich on flat bread. Always a good a sandwich and at a little over $ 5 (with tax) a good value.

This is a horrible location to go to. I go to Subway often, but this one is the WORST. Their slogan is «Eat Fresh», try «Eat Old, Soggy, and Brown». Seriously, the lettuce was BROWN and tomatoes were transparent and soggy. It looks like they stuck the toppings in the freezer so it would last longer, which in turn makes everything look everything but fresh. This is the closest subway to my job, but this will definitely be the last time I EVER go there. The poor new guy they hired had to use old ingredients to be put into my sandwich, while the owner avoided me the entire time as I say, please can you use fresh ingredients. — – DON’T GO THERE!

Sandwich artists changed and work like they are «family» hires. Sloppy loose ingredients placed inside and toasted not long enough since the artist is slow to learn from the trainer. Flatizza pictures on wall look great but reality is they don’t sprinkle enough cheese to cover the bread and pepperoni cut length wise instead of chopped so WATCH out for your chin– all ingredients will slide off and burn your face. Super Bowl weekend and this was the day they choose to train a new hire??? Epic fail. Last month too — Jan-​u– ANY sub for 5 $… This site did NOT honor that promotion of ANY sub. Only certain subs… Sigh. 4 footlongs cost 32 $ with tax. False advertising on window and TV! Fail again. Booo. I’ve been coming to this location for a year. What on earth? Inside décor; however still appears clean… That’s positive.

I really like this location for several reasons. It’s the closest one to my house. My high school lunch lady works here. It’s always clean. The food tastes great. The veggies are fresh. And right now they have a special of any foot long for five dollars. Every month they have some kind of special going on. And if you live close by they send you coupons. The only thing I don’t like is the guys that work at night. They don’t care about customer service and sometimes they even close before closing time and just won’t attend you. So that’s pretty shady.

Got free cookie with my app order. I underestimated this place. My 5 foot longs were done and ready for payment when i walked in but there were three customers ahead of me. The interior of store fairly new & nice. It is much nicer than the location at Beach and Orangethorpe. The creamy sriracha sauce is actually spicy. I thought it was going to be a tamed version. The combination of that with the pepperoncini and jalapenos really kicked it up several motches. My receipt indicates this store closes at midnight but their posted hours show 11 p.m. If my eyes were not deceiving me, I believe I saw seating that resembled a customer lounge. There actually was a man sitting there when I arrived and then left with my order. Novel idea Subway. I’ve never seen such a thing at a fast food chain. Let’s see how long this idea will last. You guys almost got 5 stars if it weren’t for the added salt to my sammy.

This Subway is consistent with their service and quality of food, which is very much appreciated. The location opens early (for a quick breakfast) and stays open relatively late (for a quick dinner after a long day in the office). Of the many other stores in the chain, this is probably one of the better ones and a good place to stop in if you specifically want a subway sub or just want something quick and easy. Overall, good job Subway on Beach.

I am a huge Subway fan! They offer a great product! Tasty and fresh sandwiches that are healthy, just the right size, and at a fair price! So, given those parameters, it is usually quite difficult and rare not to be able to give a store top grades.
However…today I decided on a visit to this location for breakfast, as it was on my way. It was mid morning. First, they ran out of coffee. But, after a small delay, they were able to brew a fresh pot. Then, they informed me that they had totally run out of coffee sweetener! REALLY!!!
Not at all an impressive display from this manager in being attentive to the details of his/​her business.
