These guys are truly the best! We have had mice on and off during the winter months for years and have had multiple companies come out and attempt to stop them from getting in. The Mice guys spent over three hours closing up gaps and holes around the house. Yes I said three hours. They also were the first people to ever get into the crawl space and crawl around for a solid 10 minutes to look for traces of mice in there. After their work, they challenge you to put a Cheerio somewhere to test their work. So far no bites on the Cheerio. Their lead guy Justin is fantastic and totally honest with you throughout the entire process! Their only focus is mice so they know what to do! Your search for someone to get rid of your mice is over, call The Mice Guys. They are less than half of what Terminix and other companies quoted us!

There are only a few companies with a specific focus on mice and they are mostly well-​reviewed on Unilocal,so it was difficult for me to make a decision. I can tell you from my first-​hand experience with multiple of these companies that Mice Guys is the one to go with, for several reasons:
1. Their front-​man, Justin, is a leading example of someone who is genuine, hard-​working, and knowledgeable about his profession. He will educate you on the problem (s), walk-​through the solutions, discuss the costs upfront, and explain to you what is necessary and what can be tabled. I did not get the hard upsell from him as I did with others. I felt very comfortable talking through the issues with him, and he conveyed a genuine eagerness to resolve my problem, which they did with flying colors.
2. Responsiveness. Not only are they on-​time and punctual, they have responded to all of my post-​visit inquiries, and even voluntarily contacted me to confirm that the results are how I expect them. Obviously it makes sense to do that (a failed extermination/​prevention only means bad reviews), but you get the unmistakable impression that these guys actually care.
3. Cost. Competitive with, and actually slightly lower than, the competition. I could be wrong, but mouse extermination/​prevention doesn’t really seem like rocket science to me. I could never do it myself, but the information I received from these companies showed me that they pretty much do the same or similar things. For that reason, it’s hard to justify paying someone more than their competition when they are doing the same thing. Cost-​saving seems like a no-​brainer for me.
4. Effort. These guys did their very best to accommodate my busy schedule, coming on weekends and even a holiday (the process requires multiple visits). While I might have just been lucky with their availability to do that, it just goes to show that they put in a lot of effort into their job.
These guys did an exceptional job, and I hope this review will help reduce the amount of time and energy another customer may expend searching for the right company.

Mice Guys have given me the best Christmas present of all — peace of mind! We have had mice throughout the years in our basement in the dead of winter. This year, the weather had not even turned cold yet and yikes — we had a mouse! I had never wanted to call a service for a couple of reasons — one, I was worried that whatever treatment they used would harm our dog and two, I was afraid my only option with a company would be some sort of ongoing service contract, with the problem never actually being solved. Mice Guys returned my call immediately and came out within the week. Justin made a thorough inspection inside and outside of our house. He was very knowledgeable and gave me a diagnosis of our problem that made sense. He gave me a quote, I said, «Let’s do it!», and he and his crew came out the next week. Everyone was exceptionally nice, the work was carefully done, and they even came back a few hours later to double check that some caulk was setting up properly, What really sold me on going with them was the guarantee that they offered with their work. I plan on making zero trips to the hardware store for mousetraps. Thanks, Mice Guys!

As I was taking out the Christmas decorations I noticed a lot of mice evidence in different areas of the crawl space. I was disgusted by this. I went online and
found three different mice companies. Two of the companies came out and gave me quotes. I went with mice guys because the problem was solved and fixed within a week, when the other company told me it would take a month. I couldn’t go any longer with this situation so I am VERY happy with the outcome. Thank you Justin and mice guys for solving my problem!

I can’t say enough positive about the Mice Guys. They were very professional and could accommodate any questions or concerns I had. I was very impressed with how knowledgable and timely they were, not to mention the least expensive out of all the companies I called. It’s been about a month now since I had Mice Guys come out and work on my house. When I had first called them I was skeptical that they could get rid of all the mice but as they promised I have not seen signs of one. I highly recommended them to my friends and feel that they too will be happy with the outcome.

Mice Guys was a great company to work with. I had a bad mice problem in my house, and I had to make sure the chemicals they had to use weren’t going to hurt myself and dog. That we wouldn’t have to leave the house for a couple days or anything like that.
Justin the manager was very patient with me and all of my questions. He couldn’t of been more friendly and accommodating.
Their prices were great too. I called probably a dozen pest/​mice companies and they all wanted an arm an leg, and nothing was guaranteed, where as Mice Guys are guaranteed up to 1 year.
I will highly recommend Mice Guys to anyone who has a mice problem, they are the guys to go to!
