Five stars for the great job！I think I found a new place to do my no-​chip manicure！The lady did an awesome job .my nails looked sooooo good .i was very surprised the no-​chip color can stay on me almost 3 weeks ！this was my first time in my whole life ！i will come back again

Milk double chocolate pedicure was amazing. I will be back for another one!
PS. I get regular pedicures here all the time. And they are mediocre. But this chocolate one was great!

I got a no-​chip mani French mani for 30 bucks! And they did great job… I don’t really understand the bad reviews some people gotta lighten up geesh!
The only reason they don’t get 5 stars is because they switched my tech out of no where otherwise it was great!

Very bad service I would not! Recommend this place, very unsatisfied, the employes are NOT nice, very poor job.

My mani and pedi took a long time. They need to get rid of some of the plants and declutter. I did enjoy my mani/​pedi and liked that all the employees didn’t sit there speaking a foreign language to each other. I have had a better more professional looking mani/​pedi at other local places and would go back to them before here again. However they are open on Sunday’s which is very convenient. They did give away a nice tune of body scrub to their customers to say thank you.

I’ve been looking for a reputable nail salon for months, and from the reviews, I thought this salon would be a good one. But it wasn’t what I expected. I made an appt for 5:45pm. I got there right at 5:45pm. I sat for a few minutes, and another lady walked in behind me. After about 15 mins of waiting, they took THAT lady before me! So needless to say, I waited an HOUR before I was taken care of! Then to make matters worse, she painted my toes, and they looked HORRID! She put about 5 coats on. They looked clumpy and thick. So I had her remove it and try a different color. Same thing happened with the second color. It looked awful. I wanted a fill too, but I just let her paint my toes, and I left. I was VERY unhappy. And I will not be going back.

This newer nail salon gets one star for location convenience and 1 star for the ambience. I have visited twice, once mani-​pedi, and today, I gave Q-​Nails second chance. My toes were very painful for a few days after the pedi. I did not realize till a day or so later how uneven they were and rounded down into the sides way too much. I could not even wear socks o a while. Today, I had a french manicure on impulse driving by. They put one coat of white, one top coat of clear and called it good. A Tuesday french for $ 18. I went home to get a book bad and drove daughter to practice and the finish was already coming off. I should go back, but I will touch up tonight before bed. The ladies working there seemed to be lacking any professionalism. I am not here to plug a better salon, but there are much better in the area.

New ownership and they are really trying to make a go of it. Lilly, the owner is sweet and personable.
Their prices are reasonable and they have daily specials. I went for the mani-​pedi special and tho I think they did a great job, wish they would have spend a little more time on the hoofs (lol). I love to walk barefoot and by this time of the summer I really need a re-​shoing (sp?). Hmm maybe I scared her off.

I recently noticed Q-​Nails when I took my grandma out to lunch at Grande Jake’s next door. They had a sign on the window that shows the daily specials (I posted a picture). When I saw how cheap some of the specials were, I knew I would be returning. So I did, today (Wednesday) for the $ 25 manicure and pedicure special. I scheduled an appointment and arrived almost 20 minutes early. I picked out a color and they took me right away.
The manicure and pedicure were both nice. They did an awesome job and my nails look great! I was a little sad by how much the guy filed my nails down when I asked for square shape on my fingers. I felt like the mani pedi was more about efficiency than relaxation here. That is the reason I took a star off. I always enjoy when they massage your hands and legs, and I felt like this was lacking.
I also got my eyebrows done here by the owner, Lily. She did a fantastic job. She asked if she could change the shape and I agreed. I am glad I did because I love the new look! It was only $ 8 too!
Overall, Q-​Nails is clean and does a great job. I may have finally found a nail place to become a regular!
