Rapid Overhead Garage Door

John called within an hour of me sending in an online inquiry. I missed his call, so he immediately called the backup number I provided, which happened to be my wife’s. This was aound 4:15pm. When I called my wife, she said that John would be over by 6. He arrived when he said he would, rebuilt the garage door opener, and was out by 7. Three hours from my initial request, I had virtually a brand new opener for much less than a new one would’ve cost.

A+ service. Had a glass garage door installed at my restaurant and could not be happier. Had some slight issues and they came out immediately to resolve them, worked fast and cleaned everything up right after. If you need a garage door or service done, stop looking, these are the guys to call!

Great service. My garage door completely failed in the up position at 7pm. I had used Rapid before and called them. They came within 45 minutes, and had the job done 45 minutes later. Hardworking, no nonsense guys who take their business seriously and value their customers.

Fast, efficient service. I called for an appointment on a Monday, had the appointment for that Wednesday. When John arrived, he looked @ the problem w/​the garage door electronic eyes & diagnosed the trouble immediately. He corrected the problem, then performed some much needed maintenance on the door & opener. He had to replace one part which (happily!) blew up while he was working on the opener. John was in & out in less than 30 minutes, after assuring me that the door & opener should be good for a few more years! He did NOT try to sell me anything, except the new part that I could see (& smell!) needed to be replaced!
