I discovered them in the old Chow spot in thn Horsefeathers building. They were open for the Sat winter market there. I’ve had kombucha in Asia before, but not sure I’ve had it stateside. It does have a very low alcohol content so be aware of that. To loosely quote from the owners(Heather, Jeff, Todd) literature: «Kombucha is fermented tea. It has yeast. Since its all made from«real things» it has lots of anti oxidants and vitamins. So good for you. It’s carbonated. « Some of the claims are that it aids digestion and provides natural energy. They sell various flavors and may have a tasting available if you want one. The bottles are reusable but you pay a STEEP $ 2 for that privilege. I’d prefer if they just took a deposit like the juice places seem to do. We have enjoyed the bottle we got. I could see getting it again and I would certainly try it if you have not already. 2012
