I’m sorry, but this business owner is clearly more upset that I posted a negative review (and exposé of her poor business practices) than she is in making the situation right. Despite the fact that her employees lied to me, and then charged me for it, she took the time to post here, but not to contact me to correct the problem. Again, as throughout this case, actions speak louder than words. It’s a shame.

I stopped in this week to get a few organizational things for my new house. They have some really clever things you can’t find elsewhere, at least not in a local brick-​and-​mortar store (I like to see things firsthand before I buy). I was expecting them to be a lot pricier than places like Target and Bed Bath & Beyond, but after comparison shopping I found them the same, or cheaper, for the items I was looking for. Plus, they’re a local business, which I always prefer to support if I can. The store itself has a much nicer ambiance than the big box stores, and the staff was genuinely nice. I definitely plan to consult with them when I get my custom closets built, I don’t doubt they’ll be cheaper than a certain «Californian» closet company ;)
