There’s something about this DD that is just off. I’ve come here a good number of times only because it’s closest to me and I prefer DD to T Hos. For coming here so often, I think I’ve only seen the same person twice, but not more than that. I used to work at a DD for years, I know that turnover in a job like this is pretty high, but this one is even faster than fast. This leads to workers being a little on the slower side. One time our cashier couldn’t find the buttons she needed to ring us out and I had to fight the urge to just spin the machine and put it in myself. The other issue with this specific one is that they are consistently out of something, and because it’s me and my fiancé’s luck, it’s usually something one of us was going to order. I hate that this is the most central seeming DD of Buffalo, because it’s so lackluster, and gives DD a bad name. No wonder everyone scoffs at it from their T Hos cup.

Horribly slow. This location seems to be the worst, consistently over 7 min wait in the drive thrugh! I have waited 12 min with only two cars in the drive through. It’s terribly upsetting when the only time you are ever late to work is because of a 10+min wait at this D&D

Horrible customer service. The manager messed up my order, rolled her eyes and shook her head at staff despite it being her fault. Then yelled out now I’m behind and still messed my order up. When I asked for it to be fixed, she had a poor attitude and talked crap about me to staff while I was standing there. No apology either. I asked for a manager, she said I am the manager and told me she doesn’t have a boss. When I asked if I should call the owner, she gave no response. I will not be back. Why should staff have good customer service when they have a poor role model?!

something about this dunkin… dunno if it’s me or if it truly does have some weird juju. no other customers in the store. waited FOUR minutes to be greeted & helped. was using a perks cert from the phone, no prob there. I ordered: «one medium mocha coolatta, please». «What» repeat. «did you want small, medium or large? different employee prepared my bev, she took the top off the machine before it was finished, kaboom coolatta! repeat process. I must have blatant masochistic traits today.

This is my 2nd unsatisfactory visit to this establishment. The first time I ordered a iced coffee with caramel swirl and skim milk. They were out of caramel swirl(understandable) so I opted for another flavor instead. Then I restated my order the they were out of skim. Then I asked for milk which they were also out of. So I said«then nothing in it, just the flavor». I pull up to the window and I am given an extremely light colored beverage. I asked what it was(thinking they confused the order with someone else’s) but said«butter pecan swirl with 3 cream». I said«oh. I didn’t want any cream. Can you remake it?» And the woman at the window said«can’t you just drink it?» I took it, paid and left [date: 3/7/15] Today [3/14]: I went to place my order INSIDE thinking maybe last time it was a transmission error over the intercom. When I approached the register, I had to wait a few moments while the staff finished arguing about who got to take their cigarette break first and how much management sucked. When my order was taken, the staff talked amongst themselves for ~5 minutes for beginning to make it(despite no one else behind me and no one at the drive through). They COMPLETELY forgot my second beverage(an iced coffee — despite it being on the receipt), which took an additional 5 minutes to make. When I home, my bagels were basically eating bread, I had stated toasted and I highly doubt that they went through let alone were within the same building as a toaster. The cream cheese was a quarter sized dollop slapped square in the middle which was next to impossible to spread given that my food was still raw and no utensils were given. I also was not given a straw within the bag as well. I have never experienced such poor customer service at any dunkin donuts or even any store in my entire life. I will never be visiting this place again. I would highly suggest competency training of your employees and for the manager/shift supervisor on duty these days to be more concerned with her job then the next time she can go out back and smoke.

Worst DDEVER!!! Their milk steaming wand on the espresso machine has been broken on and off for almost a month. One Saturday I went there and they were all out of anything dairy(cream and any kind of milk) and the delivery wasn’t for another 3 days. I complained to corporate about a month ago and they keep telling me the owner is going to contact me, but to this date… NADA! Owner clearly does not know what the hell they are doing and the fact that DD would let someone like that run one if their stores is shocking. Let’s not mention the staff that is so hit or miss… either the rudest old ladies or the slowest service ever. I would rather get coffee at 7 – 11 that’s been sitting there for 8 hours than give any more money to this place.

This is the slowest dunkin donuts in the history of dunkin donuts. I always plan for the absolute slowest wait time here on my way to work. That being said. The employees are so kind and the food is always made correctly.

Staff, especially the drive thru attendant Jazzy, are always very pleasant. I usually just get an iced coffee while running around the neighbor so I can’t speak about their food, but I’ve never had a bad experience. Plus, every time I go through the drive thru with my dog, they happily give her a dog treat.

Standard DD restaurant. I ate in today and the counter staff were very friendly. However, the floor was dirty and the drive-thru staff were running around like mad men, constantly shouting at each other. DD has a great variety of breakfast sandwiches.

Love this location. 5 stars is mostly because the staff here is so friendly! We all can obviously choose our favorite spot for coffee. I’m from Long Island and we are dominated by Dunkin, Starbucks, and 7 – 11. DD has always been my favorite for value for taste. This location is hitting the mark and every time I stop they somehow put a smile on my face. Great job North Buffalo Dunkin!

This place is sucky. I had a coupon for a free travel mug, went there 3 times in a week and a half period getting my morning coffee, they said they were out of them. Finally the 4th time — today — I ask, they say their out, I ask when their getting them and they said their not. coupon expires in mid June and their not getting them? Really? Who does that. I crumbled up the coupon and threw in in her drive thru window and left, for the last time. Tim Hortons it is!

About every third time I’m here, they get my order wrong. Unfortunately, it’s a convenient location for when I need a quick bite between two work locations, so I’m often in a hurry and am down the road by the time I realize they messed up(again). This has happened even when the person who took my order has been the person to make my order, even after repeating it back to me. It’s somewhat baffling. Also, don’t plan on being waited on promptly – the employees are more interested in talking to each other than to you.
