Not clean! I’ve given this place the benefit of the doubt one too many times. It’s convenient since it’s right next to Wegmans and Kohls, but the past few times I’ve witnessed them NOT cleaning/​disinfecting the pedicure tubs. The last time I was there (and I mean LAST) the girl was working so fast on my pedicure it hurt, then she blamed me for my ingrown toenails? I don’t have ingrown toenails. Then she cut me. Ouch. I’m done.

I’ve been going here for years, ever since I worked at the Wegmans next store in highschool. One of my favorite things about it is how quickly you can get in and out. They’re efficient– I can usually get a gel manicure in ³⁰⁄₄₅ minutes at most. And while an appointment is nice I’ve walked in many times without one and never waited very long at all. They can be a little short with you on the phone or at the door sometimes but I think it’s partly the language barrier. Everyone is always friendly when doing your nails so don’t let that scare you. Pricing is pretty average. my gel manicure was $ 30 today. My nails always look great and last long :)

I’ve had my eyebrows waxed here twice. Each time, wax was dripped on my eye lashes causing them to get stuck together. Also, they were not even and when I left I had to touch them up myself with tweezers. I’m not sure if it was the same girl, but I tried to give them the benefit of a bad wax after the first time.
My first manicure, the nail tech was on her phone the whole time. They don’t do a hand scrub or a massage or use lotion at the end. The gel also chipped in less than a week.
I tried to go and get my nails just shaped, cleaned and buffed. I wanted a manicure without the polish. There was still dirt in my nails and they weren’t buffed, and didn’t look much better for the $ 8.

What a terrible place. Quickest, worst pedicure I’ve ever had. Was done in 12 minutes, wth? Then they say it’s $ 28 but don’t let you use a card for under $ 30, and can’t put the tip on it. Zero customer service, zero interest in keeping people coming back, and terrible job at pedis, very unhappy.

I have been going to this place because it is close by for about 10 years. Last summer I noticed there was a sign that they don’t accept tips on ccds. Pain in the butt. No to mention, unfair to the workers. I used to do nails and own a salon and that is the cost of doing business. You can add into your pricing. SO I always had to go to Wegmans to get cash and pay for atm in order to tip every time I went there, but then it got worse.
The last time I went, they added an ATM machine so you could pay them to get tip money for the girls. But, last week I lost it. I used the machine and paid 2.50 to get a 20.00 bill, to tip the girl 5.00 while I was waiting for my daughter to get her nails done.
The full set was 28.00. They told me I could not pay by credit card, there was a 30.00 minimum to use cc. she pointed to a paper which was a paper sign taped onto the top of the desk along, with a taped menu. I know from owning a salon, that NYS requires your pricing to be visible to everyone in the salon. Since I only had a 20 and a credit card on me, I had to pay another 2.50 on the atm to pay the 28.00 and tip the girl. She said I should have read the menu. But I didn’t know if my daughter was going to get nail art, or what… so how would I know what the total is ahead of time? I was so upset. The 30.00 minimum is ILLEGAL and I knew it, and I told them. The manager proceeded to argue with me. I handed the girl her 5.00 tip and left.
The federal Law is 10.00 minimum and I attached the law to their pics. I hope this is up a long time before they see it because they do not have a facebook page or a website. Probably too cheap.
Most of their services are under 28.00. They are forcing you to spend more in order to use a cc which is illegal and they are doing it because they are hiding money from their sales tax. Period. And, two tips broke the first week.
Makes me want to open a shop in the same block and show them how you are supposed to treat customers and employees!

I went to get my nails done with my daughter today for our trip to Florida. This has been our go to the nail place but today we were disappointed with the service. A young man about 13 looking was supposedly doing my daughter’s nails with absolutely no idea what he was doing. They painted twice after messing up once and left them wet so they were ruined upon returning home. We will not be returning.

Terrible service, rude and unprofessional. They do not take gel polish off correctly. You are supposed to soak it but they use the electric buffer which will mess up your nails. When I told her this, she got mad and.l.apparently started talking about me in another language…

The only reason I would say to go here is because it is a very clean salon. I have gotten a full set two times and both times the nails were crooked or have fallen off with in a day or two. I do like their pedicures they usually last about 45 minutes for me but only because I always ask for hot water and it takes a while. There is one American girl who works there and she does an amazing job on the pedicures but she is hard to come by. I wouldn’t even suggest to go here if you were in a rush. To me, The bad customer service doesn’t trump the cleanliness.

Worst nail salon in the area! Daughter went here and her nails look like short little stubs. She asked to have them fixed and they told her that is her nail shape. She’s been getting her nails done for years and tried a new place, never seen anything this hideous!

I don’t like giving poor reviews but don’t go here. I went with a bridal party (appointment made ahead of time), and one of the girls with us waited for 20 minutes after her pedicure to have anyone help her for her manicure. The rest of us were all already drying our nails. Some of us got acrylics, some just got regular polish. All but one of us left with crooked nails. I even politely asked if mine could be evened out a little… still crooked. I needed the polish on one nail fixed, and rather than removing the polish she added another layer of polish and top coat ON TOP of the base coat, two coats of polish and top coat already on my nails. We all went home and had to file our own nails to fix what they did… butchered.

The only reason I have this place two stars is because it was clean and they have children’s pedi chairs. My pedi took under 15 mins –scrub applied but not rubbed in — no massage? Maybe they are rushed? Ugg. I haven’t even left yet and felt I needed to warn future patron of this place-it’s kind of a joke. Hopefully what they charge me is accurate for this awful service

This place is extremely overpriced for the quality of service. The person doing my pedicure cut my toe and it was bleeding the rest day. I cancelled my pedicure at that point, because I was so disappointed. Don’t spend the money here, save it for another salon!
