I took my grandmother to the McKinley mall when I went to visit here. Her iphone 6 plus was cracked. When we walked in the mall we saw the ifix store so we walked in and showed the guy the phone. They said it would take 20 minutes. The price was a little high, however that didn’t matter to me because they said that their parts were original grade screens and they give 6 months warranty with the repair. So we left the phone and came back after an hour, the phone had been fixed and it looked brand new. They gave me a discount on their cases. My grandmother had a hard time choosing which case she wanted because they have a huge selection of cases with different designs. Overall it was a great service. I recommend this business to all. Thank you IFix.

I called the day before and the guy working at the mckinley mall ifix place quoted me at $ 85 to repair a cracked iphone 5s screen, but when i came in, he then said $ 119. When i told him he already quoted me at $ 85, he didnt have anything to say because his stupid facial expression said it all. There are no prices advertised for a reason, because its different based on how much they think they can get from you. Needless to say, i snatched my phone out of his hand in disgust and said now you get no business! They are shady as hell! Plus, the reviews on this place are bad.

Problem was resolved wasn’t able to get my iPad repaired but did get my money back was able to talk with the employees and owner and we were able to come to a conclusion after several attempts at repairing and several trips between the Apple Store and the ifix it kiosk

Beware, the negative reviews seem to be very honest. I called for an estimate to replace the screen on an iPhone 6plus and was quoted $ 200. I asked why so much when the Apple Store is just $ 150? Her answer was because you pay for other stuff here but couldn’t elaborate on what it was that’s worth paying for. Glad I didn’t drive there, do your homework people!
